Arby's — Restaurant in Independence

These people were so rude ,unprofessional May Arby's at this location not receive any more customers!!! you reap what you sow, I have video and pictures. He didn't want to repeat what he said to me said, that I couldn't come back because I've been there multiple times and I was rude 😂 lies .No what happened was he acted like he didn't want to understand what I was saying in the Drive-Thru he said he didn't understand and I asked him is it that he does not understand English?What I believe is he didn't want to make no fresh fries .Waiting in line to receive old fries is insane as much as Arby's charges I spent almost $30 I should get fresh fries but when I pulled upto the window he said to me that they were already fresh when they gave them to me 😂 I've worked at an Arby's 😂 they were old, then he changed up and said no I have fresh fries for you. They all thought it was a joke and they all laughed and nothing is funny about spending my money on old food .and picking your nose serving customers 🤢 no hygiene at all that is so disgusting especially since I work hard for my own money. But as soon as I started filming he didn't want to repeat what he said. I will not be going back here and I advise everyone not to go because you will not receive good service they will give you old food because they want to close early. I normally don't put names in my reviews but Miryam on date 6/27/25 at approximately 6:15 and 43 seconds needs to be retrained. Not only was she incredibly rude but she also messed up our order no worries it happens, but when we told her that there were things that we had not ordered that she had put on our order not only did she not correctly fix it but she also up charged us for things we did not order. She thought we ordered a #6 when we told her no we wanted the #1 she first just thought that we wanted the sandwich we told her no we wanted the meals and the drinks to be without ice. Total ended up being way more than what we expected but we didn't think of anything others first when we got to the window we very clearly watched the employee put ice in our drinks when it clearly stated on our receipt that there were no ice to be added to the drinks we return the drinks and told her they were to be without ice one root beer one Dr Pepper she remade the drinks both were Dr Pepper we did not realize this until we got home then looking more closely at the receipt we find out we were charged for two bacon classic meals add roast beef at $5 extra per sandwich making the total for that meal 15.39 x 2 we wanted the number one meaning 11:39 x 2 there was no bacon just a plane roast beef and cheddar which we wanted but we were charged for the bacon classic. This is not the location we have used in the past. Thank God for that cause after eating the turkey I feel sick to in my stomach. Like death is happening. The fries are dry and rubbery like they were cooked a few days before, thrown in the fridge and then refried again. It's disgusting. The sliders are usually pretty good, but these buns were hard like they dried out then microwaved. Please if you are reheating food, just don't and tell the customer your out of whatever it is your reheating cause people who actually cook homemade meals know the difference between already mediocre fast food and just straight up trash food. I don't expect high quality obviously ordering from a fast food joint but at least make it the day I ordered fresh rather than reheating old food. If it's not reheated then you need new cooks or to check your expiration dates cause this was the worst Arby's food I've ever had in my life. I just hope I don't have food poisoning or something cause I've never been sick after eating any fast food. This location needs a vacation for how little pride they take in their food. Never gonna eat here...
