Esther and Kaitlyn were so helpful! I had purchased my ring at another location and shortly after, one of the stones fell out. I had physically gone to at LEAST 3 locations and called 5 to see if they either had the ring in my size in stock or knew how I would be able to get it replaced. No one was able to give me any guidance on how to replace my ring. I went to this location on a whim and went in and explained the situation. Esther and Kaitlyn were very nice and explained that unfortunately they did not have it in stock BUT they could order a replacement for me and have it shipped to my house! They helped me with the process, took the old ring, and the new one showed up 3 days later just in time for a trip!
