Read moreServers and hostess were very cold and not inviting. Didn’t check back after food was delivered for almost 10 mins. The $15 bacon cheeseburger that my husband ordered was a frozen patty that had no lettuce, pickle, tomato or onion. When he asked for mustard the waitress exclaimed, “it’s in the basket”. It was mustard packets. The patty tasted like the plastic sheet that separates the pattie’s. My French toast was dry and bacon was not flavorful. The server and manager did not even apologize after we so graciously told them quietly that the food was off so we didn’t deter the other customers. The manager stated that the owner said she wouldn’t take it off the bill even though he only had two bites and it ruined his appetite. She said he could order something else bc the owner said she just made a burger and there was nothing wrong with his.. I’ve worked in multiple restaurants for many years, as a matter of fact, I used to work with the owner Amanda down in Odessa at Morgan’s Restaurant. And never in my life have I ever told the customer there’s nothing wrong with their food after they had a distaste for something that they ordered. This place is over priced and undeserving of the 5 stars. I would not recommend anyone go to this establishment. Go to First watch, the food is fresh and the prices...
Read moreWent in today and ordered the classic breakfast with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and bacon. When the food came out, my eggs were cold, everything else was hot and cooked to order. When the waitress came back, I explained that my eggs were cold. She offered to have new eggs cooked. I asked her if if they could just remake one egg. Then the big blonde tattooed waitress, shows up and loudly informs me that they aren't remaking any eggs because "all we want is free food." Turns out the big blonde is the young watress's mom. Would seem to me that mommy would teach by example what manners look like. The young waitress was simply doing what she was told, and was not rude at all. The big blonde tells me I need to leave after I ask to speak with the owner. Hell... I am not scared of her...bring her on.. I have done nothing wrong. I am paying for cold eggs? The main part of the meal are the eggs. The owner and waitress are delusional thinking that thier food is always perfectly cookede to order. Then they upcharged the meal to $15... it was a $9 meal and I had water to drink. What a shame. Rude, classless waitress and delusional owner make the company go no where in hurry. Eat at your own risk. We were located next to the kitchen, and plagued by flies and smell of burnt grease. You have...
