Absolutely a joke. I went there to order cheese fries. My wife is a vegetarian and don’t eat meat so cheese fries was about all we could order. Well luckily we checked and they gave us bacon on the fries. I told the lady it was wrong and she replied so you don’t know what you ordered? I said yes I ordered cheese fries no bacon on them. She starts a huge argument telling me I don’t know what I ordered so I asked for a manager and she replied she was the manager and then started with even a bigger attitude. She shouldn’t run anything. Absolutely no customer service at all. Then after calling us a lier and saying we have no clue what we ordered she went back and got the cheese fries. When she approached my door again for the 5th time she threw the fries inside my car and walked away. I reported her to the corporate office but I did not get any replies back. Obviously they don’t care neither does corporate. Judging by the reviews at this location it’s standard practice there to do as they please. We didn't even eat the fries she threw in the truck because they hit the floor. She even made it personal and told my wife I’m so sorry you are married to this guy saying I was a idiot and didn’t know what I ordered. Trust me I have ordered for my vegetarian wife for years I would not get that wrong. Then told me this was all my fault because I need to speak up in the intercom. So if you don’t hear my order supposedly then that gives them the right to order whatever I instead of asking again what my order was. It was so simple. Cheesy fries is all I ordered. Honestly they need to just remove Wendy’s and put a business there that wants to serve good food with quality people. Idk what was going on, on April 22nd around 5-7pm but some sort of light drama or something was going on between the workers so they were highly distracted, I was one of only like 3 people inside I think one of those came in after me, the other 2 were already seated eating and there was maybe a couple cars in the drive through. I was pretty happy when I first showed up because I was thinking AWESOME they aren't very busy so maybe the food and my order will be easy.
Tried to order fish sandwich that was offered for this location on the app/website but they said they didn't have fish anymore. So I got a Spicy chicken combo, a BLT chicken Biggie Meal, 10 piece nugget combo, then added a frosty, 2 - 6pc and a 4pc nugget. I forgot to upsize my biggie combo because of the odd interactions and distractions at the register while ordering. Def felt like I was irritating someone and keeping them from doing something they'd rather be doing. I got my food and checked it immediately because I could feel it....was missing a Medium fry and a small fry, was missing the 6 piece nugget maybe both and one 4 piece and the frosty🤦🏼♀️. Read moreThis location needs to properly train their staff. I went through the drive thru and the person at the speaker didn't seem pleased to be there. Not rude, but not friendly either. When I got to the window, I paid with cash, my change was quickly handed to me in a way I had to grab it with both hands to avoid the change from dropping to the ground. My wallet fell out of my lap and before I could reach down for it, 2 bags were being shoved into my window. I dropped my change into a cup holder to grab the food, puzzled by the 2 bags since I had simply ordered one combo. I looked into one and saw 2 cups of chili and handed it back saying that wasn't my food. They took the bag back and just stared at me like I was an idiot for still sitting there. Finally, I said I still needed my drink and the response was "what was it, what do you want". Wow okay, maybe check your screen and not only would you know you gave me extra food, you would have known the drink. Anyways, I got my drink and pulled away. I pulled into a parking spot to grab my wallet and put away my change to discover they didn't even give me the correct change back.
