Wendy's — Restaurant in Independence

I ordered 2 jr. Bacon Cheese burgers from the 291 location in independence and they made them no mayo with lettuce and tomato. I am alergic to tomatoes. So i called and while waiting to be transfered to the manage i herd her on a personal phone call as i waited for her to take my call herd her talking to a crew worker n herd her say ok girl imma have to call you back. N the convorstion before. She aknowledged that it was placed wrong by no fault of mine and went on to write 2 jr bac CB no mayo. I corrected her and said no mayo only. As i stated that she wasn't as good as her workers below her. If she couldn't correct what would be a simple mistake that could have sent me to the emergancy room. She instead of taking the criticism as im sure you train your managers to do she hung up on me. Just after i informed her of the problem told her the allergy and responded as stated before that she couldn't take a correct order either as well as her employees. Could have made me sick and hospital bound and would replace them if i came back. I however couldn't. I was on my lunch break so she offered to replace them within a week then she recited the wrong order and i responded as said. Frustrated because i had to stop somewhere else on a time crunch and spend more money on lunch. Then Click. Hung up on me. At this point i will boycott your establishment. Have a recording and will post on social media including facebook twitter and instagram. I hope some repercussion will come to her. Untill i will continue to post this simple but...

Food is normally the better out of the other Wendy's in Independence, but the past few months after 6 P.M service has went down a cliff. (not a hill, a cliff) Morning shift is always on it, night shift just doesn't want to make money. You'll be waiting for 10 minutes just to order your food at the drive thru, when there is only one car ahead of you!! It's seems as if they are taking one order at a time, completing it, then taking the next order hoping that the person waiting gets fed up and drive off. Now circling back to the food, normally it is the best in Independence. Tonight however at 8 P.M not so much. Ordered 3 meals, all with baconator fries. First off, all of the food was old, the buns were hard, meat and chicken dry. (They are not properly checking their food to see when to throw it away and when to make fresh!!) The "baconator" fries now, I've seen some other Wendy's make some bad baconator fries, but this one takes the cake. They literally just put the fries in the container, put cheese on it, and then just set the FULL pieces of bacon on top and called it good. Pathetic. Best advice: Go in the morning if you...

My husband , son and I went to this location on 9/8/2025 around 9:30 am for breakfast we ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a couple of other items and this was a mobile order we pulled up and was told to park because they were making fresh biscuits . We were handed the food and we drove off , we decided to take our son to a park that was right around the corner so he can eat and play when we got there we begin to eat I bit in to the biscuit sandwich and seen that my egg had a greenish grey tent to it I I took my sandwich apart the whole bottom of the egg had that colour so we drove back and to the guy who served us and he said that it wasn’t there when he made the sandwich that pissed me off as if we would spend time and waist money and gas to taint our food , we took all our food back up there and got a refund . BTW the guy that served us was heavy set and Hispanic I think he was the manager and I forgot to mention that the food was like warm when we received it. Check your food people because fast food can get you serious ill and these people like to play in our faces.i...
