Fast service, coffee is always fresh, staff can be a little ditsy on the weekends due to high school kids.I prefer going during the week honestly.
Update: This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at Dunkin' Donuts and I must say out of all the years that I have actually gone there, it has gone severely downhill. Apparently, thirty-one flavors are supposed to be listed for milkshakes at this Dunkin' Donuts and out of the entire menu which you can see through the pictures, there was not any single one of those flavors listed. A gentleman who looks like one of the old managers tried to apologize for the woman who took my order, stating it was due to some inside of drama that was going on with the business which is quite frankly not the customer's problem; to which he was educated about also.
I was told to pull around and upon walking up to my car, apparently, she sees my handgun - by law, supposed to be in sight. I guess being nasty wasn't funny anymore, messing up her balance as she then proceeded to spill the milkshake all over the outside of the cup; everything dripping down the side with nothing to stop it. Without any napkins or anything to wipe it off, she tried to hand it to me and I told her to go back inside and clean it up.
To Manager with glasses, black hair and been there for years - hire teens who want to work & show they are great at their job by doing so. If you continue to hire those based on looks or privilege without showing discipline when they break the rules or don't display good customer care, they continue to be someone's pain in the A** until they actually do what you should have done, to begin with. Don't make excuses for poor performance, please. It's irritating and you aren't doing those teens any favors! To young girl - find another business where you do not have to work with people because until you humble yourself, you risk your behavior harming the business as well as yourself. You can't just talk smack to everyone & think they will shrug it off. People don't play like that anymore.
I will not pay $9 again to be treated like I am nothing & will throw the drink back to who treated me that way. Have fun finding the 31 invisible...
Read moreMy wife and I wanted to have an afternoon pick me up so she got a scoop of ice cream and I decided on a headlight doughnut. We had to wait for a little while but I was confused as they weren’t that busy and there were two people working. One on the drive thru and the other walking around? We looked around to see if there was a problem as to why we were made to wait ? This is an ongoing problem here as we have frequented this location other occasions with our daughter and they were out of things . Like napkins on one trip ? And every doughnut we requested they were out of them . Also my daughter wanted death by chocolate ice cream and they were out ? Finally we asked what was available and the lady told us , but nothing appealed to us so we thanked the lady and left . I don’t know but seems strange not to have products to sell? Maybe we came at a bad time , but we visited in the afternoon and in the evening on Walmart trips at different times during the year and same story . Every time we drive by to go to Walmart ( at least once a week ) I look to see if they are busy , and they never have a line in the drive thru or more than three cars in the parking lot ? This is very frustrating as I have driven by and visited other Dunkin’s and they are busy and always have whatever we...
Read moreThe people working here lack customer service skills. Went there on a friday around 11 am for 2 dozen donuts for a birthday, nothing special or uncommon. While telling the woman on the drive through my order, she asked me again what was my order, like I was speaking to myself. She said they’re out half of the donuts I wanted and I told her to replace with whatever they have and she never said “ok, will do”! And when I asked what kind of donuts she substituted she gave me an attitude, like I was in the wrong while she didn’t communicate with me to tell me what’s in my order. And she quickly changed the tone in her voice, almost started yelling at me, and then silence... nobody was talking... after a few seconds a male voice took over the headset and told me they’re out of donuts I wanted and I told HIM now to give me whatever they had. She gave the headset to him because she can’t communicate with people. And I am not saying he was nice, he wasn’t. I don’t know what is going on there, but the management needs to train their employees about customer service and how they talk to a customer. Will not...
