This particular establishment serves as the sole source of sustenance during late hours, making it unequivocally superior in its category. Eva possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage and operate a business. The efficiency of service at this establishment is commendable, particularly during late hours when I visit after work. The queue progresses swiftly, ensuring that the food is consistently served fresh and hot. Furthermore, even in situations where the staff is understaffed, the individual in charge adeptly manages operations while maintaining a pleasant demeanor. This level of customer service can be aptly described as exceptional. On a recent occasion, two employees were unable to report for duty, resulting in the individual in question being left alone at the restaurant. The queue extended around the outside of the building, and operational efficiency appeared to be below its typical standards. Upon reaching the service window and completing my payment, I inquired about the cause of the delay. The attendant expressed regret for the sluggish pace and said that she was the sole staff member there, which took me by surprise. She was multitasking while simultaneously receiving orders and preparing meals. I must express that this is a remarkable display of talent. On the occasion in question, I saw a lady "Eva" who had qualities like those of a superwoman. Given the circumstances, I harbored doubts regarding my ability to cope with the immense strain at hand. However, this remarkable individual persevered with a cheerful disposition. The management should prioritize the welfare of this diligent individual, since her dedication and perseverance have been crucial in sustaining the operations of the establishment. My primary worry was around her solitary presence, which potentially poses a risk, and I express disapproval towards the personnel who either called in sick or abandoned their duties, therefore leaving her unattended having to do it by herself. Eva is deserving of both a salary increase and a promotion. We express our gratitude for the provision of exceptional service to individuals employed on the third shift. Your abilities are very remarkable! The term "service" refers to the act of providing assistance or performing tasks for others and in my personal and professional opinion you have surpassed my expectations and deserve nothing but the best, I tilt my hat to you mame' -Your...
Read moreJust arrived home from ordering drive thru at this MCD. Order was completely wrong AGAIN. Ordered 20pc chicken nuggets box (not meal), 2 cheeseburger happy meals and 2 McDoubles w/ medium fries.
Received: NO NUGGETS AT ALL. Only ONE toy in the two happy meals. And FOUR BBQ sauces in the other happy meal. WTH?
How would you explain this to 2 four year old kids? You dont get a toy but your brother does, you get 4 BBQ sauces to play with though and your mom doesnt get ANY chicken nuggets.
This scenario happens WAY TOO MUCH. They send you off with a smile and you cant tell me these people are THAT DUMB that they do not know they are providing an order wrong MOST OF THE TIME. Its got to be 75% of the time!!!!!!!!! I refuse to believe we people have become that stupid.
So if its not stupidity then its got to be spiteful or vindictive behavior.. And its not just this store!!!!!!!!! Its any location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These are the same people who strike and protest for $15 per hour? FOR WHAT????? If I were wrong even a fraction of the time these people get my orders wrong, I'd have been fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Giving them $15/hr wont suddenly make them have PRIDE in their work, to do an ACCURATE job. Nothing will change, they will still give you the wrong stuff or stiff you and will send you off with a smile as they do now.
This is my last visit to McDonalds. Not only will my health stand to benefit, so, too, will my finances, and my family. I should thank you for treating the customer so poorly and doing it with a giant smile.
My order was at 12:05PM. Figure out who was working the window at that time (not the person taking the money, she got the order correctly). Its the ones serving, who seem to not be able to put together a simple order correctly.
OH, and no they were not swamped. NO ONE was on line. Perhaps that should have been a clue. Maybe word is getting around that this location stinks. If you, McDonalds corp, is losing money - this should be the first...
Read moreI went to MD to get coffee. I went to the counter because I asked for some cold milk in my coffee to avoid burning my mouth. I was met by a cashier who did not speak any English. She got someone else to help me who spoke some English. I explained my order slowly three times to ensure understanding. She confirmed that she understood and took my payment.
After a while, she handed me two cups with no indication of which was which, as the drinks were made differently. Once again, I had to call someone who spoke a small amount of English. She was the one who had earlier confirmed my order.
She told me the drinks were the same. I reminded her that I had confirmed my order with her three times. She kept telling me to lower my voice in a disrespectful manner, even though I was speaking in a normal, respectful but understandably frustrated tone. She did not allow me to get a word in.
I asked for the manager. She then claimed to be the manager and refused to give me her name. She was also not wearing a name tag. She stated that I didn’t need her name. She gave me a refund, and I ended up having to get a coffee from a gas station.
This was incredibly unprofessional, and I can’t believe they don’t have staff who can serve English-speaking customers in an English-speaking country. I’m very upset about how I...
