Arby's — Restaurant in Indiana

If you love consistency, come to this Arby's. They are CONSISTENTLY the WORST ARBYS to have ever had the total misfortune(for us the consumer) of opening. It is consistently slow with awful service and thats just the typical complaint. I have seen employee meltdowns, arguments as well as blatant ignoring of customer requests to their face. It seems to be a new problem every week. For the past month the bread warmer has been "down" which isn't usually an issue as the meats are supposed to be warm. So this usually goes unnoticed. This week whole sandwiches are coming out cold. I mean refrigerator cold... seriously? Today was the last straw for me. You can't boil this situation down to understaffing. Waited in line for 30 mins, got to back and manager is standing outside smoking and just now yells to us and another car they are closed, while he is smoking a cigarette. Started driving away and new cars pulled right in to our spot and manager threw cig on ground coughed a few times and went in to work, they got their food. Also Ice cream machine is always "Down" and they can't break a 100$ bill even if your order is $67!!! Dining room is always closed now even after Covid ordeal. Went to Arby’s and ordered a sandwich Through the drive-through I work right across the street and I ordered a supreme roast beef. It was cold I had one tiny squirt of Arby sauce and the sandwich was half thrown together…I only have 30 minutes for lunch now I can’t eat the disgusting sandwich and they have no lunch left.
