Stopped here because of a billboard on the highway. Driving a 20ft Uhaul on the interstate. Finally found it. Parked my truck in back because the clearance on the drive through was 9 ft. (My U-Haul clearance is 11 ft.) my husband and I walked up to the door with our masks on, to find two employees standing in the dining area waving there arms for us not to come in. So we walked a bit and realized maybe the area was still in full lock down. Downloaded the app, ordered food online...no option to pay cash or pay at the store....terrible although not this locations fault for this....clicked mobile order. Drove truck around to sees family sitting outside eating with their food. Another guy parked his car after leaving the drive thru to walk-in with bags of food (clearly receiving the wrong order, probably mine) after 15 minutes of sitting with the U-Haul in front of the store (because there are no parking spaces for mobile orders or curbside pickup) decided to call the store to find out how to proceed to get my food because I couldn’t drive thru. The store said they couldn’t open the dining area because they were short staffed but that someone would bring my food outside soon. Glad I called or who knows how long I would have been there. Read moreReally BAD!!! We spent $24 on a Wendy's Big Bacon single, a taco salad, and a Cobb salad. Got it home after a really long, hard day... and the salad lettuce was brown! The salad tomatoes had a white milky film and the cheese was wet. Grossest thing ever. The burger had no lettuce or onions, just yucky mealy tomato, and bacon that was broken in pieces and equal to a half slice...if. The flavor was horrible and meat was cold and slightly pink in the middle.
My daughter works in fast food and I am grateful her place of employment would NEVER serve this quality of food. They understand that their job is feeding people and one never knows what their patron has dealt with that day or if that was their last dollar spent.
I called Logan "the manager" about it and was not impressed at all.
We threw away this meal and didn't bother to go get our money back... though we should have. I couldn't find my receipt... maybe they didn't give us one which is super convenient, right?
Really poorly done, Wendy's, really POORLY done. There's a lot of good restaurants going in at Anson... don't put yourself out of business with garbage food...

When I pulled up to the window, this lady who I would assume is, the manager is staring at me, shaking her head. The manager looked really confused and annoyed. She slammed the window open and asked me what do I want? I responded to her I was here for two frosty. She responded with. It would’ve been nice if you would’ve went to the speaker box before to let us make your frosty. I said OK I apologize but I would like my two frosty please. She slammed the door shut and walked back, staring at a blank monitor, shaking her head. Then the young gentleman gave me two Frosty’s. It was very polite. Unfortunately, these young people have to work for such a rude individual who look like she didn’t want to be there so I’m sorry for those who have to deal with that every day.
