This evening, I placed my order with the cashier, older lady with glasses. After placing my order, realizing that I might as well make one a meal and even up sized it. She acted like it was such an inconvenience. I asked if we could just cancel the order and start over, bc she seemed like she didn't know how to take off an item, telling me that no she couldn't, or if she can help not canceling....whatever that is supposed to mean. Once the order was understood, I saw she still left the med fry which was not wanted since I got the meal, she argued that she didn't put it, as I showed her on the customer screen. She still insisted that it was not as she turns the pos over to me and says "Here DO YOU want to do it!" I said sure and found item and told her "see right there" and smiled and apologized for it wasn't trying to be difficult. She grunt "umm hum" and rolled her eyes. At this point the MOD, young brunette girl maybe mid 20s, and the cashier looked at her and shook her head and mouthed a remark and laughed. As my good came up I realized the med fry was still on the tray, and I mentioned that I didn't need it before I touched the tray. She said "that's fine just keep it" and mumbled something else as she gave me my change. Then as I was sitting with my daughter and her friend, I noticed said cashier and said MOD standing at the counter looking in our direction. I got up to go ask for more sauce for my sandwich, and the cashier just stood there bantering back with co workers. I said excuse me and waited and then I said it a little more stern this time getting her attention. Her "ummm humms" were very rude and turning the POS to me asking if I wanted to do it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am a manager at BDubs, and this is boarder line for termination. I don't wish that for this employee but maybe she don't belong as ur the person to speak directly to the public. I tried to call the store when I left to get the name of the GM and I'd also like the DM or AM name as well.
Thank you and I hope to see a solution...
Read moreService was going fine, I had a #1 with large fries and a Dr Pepper. On my way home(over Arlington) I had gone over the bridge where on the other side traffic had backed up. Slammed on my brakes and fries fly all over my floor. When I went back in no way was I expecting for them to give me any fries(it wasn’t there fault). Although when I gave a short explanation of what happened when prompted to give my order I was told to simply make my way to the window. I took this as them being understanding of my situation and maybe wanting to give me the fries as no order was taken I was just told to go to the window. When I got the window the manager greeted me “kindly” with,”so what’s going on?” I again explain what happened confused thinking that the employee who I talked to first conveyed my previous explanation. The manager was rudely asking what I wanted them to do about it(I quickly realized that she assumed I expected them to simply give me some fries). I would have gladly payed for them but she was trying to draw it out of me what I wanted from them. I simply said “large fries.” I honestly would have paid for them if they weren’t rude. When she went back to get them I heard her clearly tell someone else that she was getting the fries because my “driving needed work.” I am disgusted and offended at her unprofessionalism and attitude towards me. Not to mention the comment about my driving when it was not my fault in the slightest as I could not see over or through the bridge and slow down...
Read moreI put in a mobile order in the app, and went through the drive thru to pick it up. They didn’t greet me at the speaker for over a minute, and only after I spoke first. I stated I had a mobile order and my name and was rudely told to drive to the window, only then to be told they didn’t have it and to go park. Several minutes later he came out and told me that it would be several more minutes and to go through the drive thru. Again. Instead of bringing my food to me after I’d already been waiting for so long? I had a child in a car seat, I couldn’t just come in and get it, and I shouldn’t have to. This was a long and frustrating visit. I was dealing with assistant manager Deepak Chopora the whole time, with long hair totally unsecured and no mask. When I finally got to the window the second time, he handed me my food and drinks without a word, let alone an apology. And three sauce packets with his hands, because putting them in the bag would have been too difficult. I was there for over a half an hour. And I only waited that long because I had already paid in the...
