Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

My boyfriend loves auntie anne's so i wanted to buy him some today. he ordered a cup of pretzel bites and two salsa cheese cups. when i went to pay for his food the guy working the register started belittling my boyfriend for not paying for the food and talking about how it's a man should never make his woman pay. he then asked my boyfriend if i'm his "girl" and when my boyfriend replied yes he called me a "pretty girl" and telling my boyfriend that he should treat me better; my boyfriend and i are extremely happy together and don't appreciate eachother being belittled whatsoever. we also only got one salsa cheese cup after paying for two but i was too angry and my boyfriend felt humiliated to go back. the exchange was extremely uncomfortable with the employee having no right to say what he did and how disrespectful it was. i have NEVER posted a review because i'm usually a passive person who doesn't let things bother me much but i could never imagine treating a...

My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town, and went to this location. We decided we wanted a snack, so we picked Auntie Anne's. There was one small group in front of us who ordered and were told it would be ready in about 5 minutes. We were next and were basically told the same thing. The first group waited long over 5 minutes, and items were missing from their order. My boyfriend and I waited for our food (the pretzel nuggets) and other people came up to order and fairly quickly got their food and again some of their order was missing. I got my order about 20 minutes after ordering and my boyfriend had to wait another 20 minutes after that. There were three people working and they all seemed scatterbrained and got orders wrong many times. The pretzels themselves were soggy.

I placed a large order last week for a resident event this evening. If you use their catering service it goes through EZ Cater. I was a little worried at first but after speaking with the staff who followed up after the order was placed I felt much better. The communication I received from EZ Cater was great as well. The order was delivered on time and everything was correct. They even remade some pretzels that were accidentally burnt to ensure customer satisfaction.
