Pandora — Local services in Indianapolis

I’ve made all my pandora purchases from this location and online for the past 4 years. I recently purchase an item online that was considered a “finale sale”. It broke within a week! Went in store to see about repairs and the store manager Amanda basically told me I was SOL because I purchased a final sale item😐. It didn’t sit well with me knowing Pandora warrants all their merchandise for a year, so I called customer service! What do you know I was right! They apologized and confirmed they warranty all jewelry for a year. Currently waiting on replacement. It’s disheartening the store manager doesn’t know policy!! She could have just issued store credit. I wasn’t returning the item it was broken. If you go here be sure to shop with Ashley or Crystal, as they are always attentive, pleasant and welcoming. So I literally just placed my first ever order with Pandora online. I placed this order about 10mins ago. When completing the order which is for my mother in another state. I realize the shipping address was mines and not my mother's. I contacted their customer service immediately to try and change the address. I was informed once you get the confirmation email which comes instantly mind you. The order cannot be modified. This makes no sense for a company this big. Mistakes happen I know Pandora does not have elves immediately packing online orders that fast. This is a very disappointing first time experience with this major brand. This pandora location is not it!!! KIM (the hispanic one) is rude and doesn’t know what the definition of customer service is. I’ve always gone to this location, and this lady has always had an attitude but I didn’t really care, but recently I went to get a ring and the whole time she was ignoring me, felt like she didn’t want to show me anything, I was asking her questions and she was looking at and talking to the other employees (they are rude as well), I was the only customer in store.
