Dear Home2, My stay with this property has been one of the most enjoyable stays I've had in a hotel. First, the lighting in the room is very up to par and makes a great ambience in the room. Very clean and uniform for the style of hotel it is. Bed is very comfortable and a strong sense of cleanliness that holds great in a hotel standard. The room is spacious and me being in an adjoining room there was a sense of privacy. The room was great and totally appealing to the kitchen and the amount of amenities the kitchen comes with of silverware and dishes. Everything in the room is user friendly to the shelving and has plenty of space to store anything. It's all around a great design. Customer service was great too. The night auditor was very friendly and the security of the building made excellent of being secure. I forgot my keys and was able to get my key with all proper proofs to get my key. For it being in the big city I find this to be very important. Finally the breakfast is the whole reason I'm writing this review the breakfast attendant was the most inviting and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! Hands down one of the best breakfast I have had a hotel. I have too give this hotel 5 stars. Excellent stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Update: I stayed 2 nights due to the sheer comfortability of this hotel. Again the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal and the customer service was top notch. I had a lot of luggage and the valet team and even I think the manager was jet set to assist me with getting my bags in order. Overall excellent Hotel and...

Fairly easy to find and with an alley to pull your car into to unload and wait for valet makes this an place to enjoy. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay, Ben at the front desk was a great way to be greeted into town. He was able to recommend some places to visit and eat and gave us some information about the city and traffic patterns. Taffy was super friendly during breakfast and even helped our son with making waffles. All the valet personal were super friendly when dropping off or picking up our vehicle.

The hotel itself; the room was clean and a good size. In the bathroom the ceiling did have some holes in it, there wasn't any sheetrock and seemed to defy all laws of physics as there was just paint on the ceiling. The kitchen area provided a way to store food with a mid-size fridge and a microwave to heat it up.

Being in the middle of the city you're able to walk to a lot of places. With many food options and convenience stores within a 10 minute walk it's easy to get what you need.

Weight room was a good size and never had more than two people at a time while we stayed. The pool is only 3.5 feet deep so great for little ones.

With valet being $40 a day the cost of your stay will be greater than you expect. I get it's the city but man does this suck when you have to pay to park $40 each day and you don't have access to your car if you leave something in it by accident. We had a night where we left some food in the car and didn't want to bother valet and would have liked to be able to grab...

I have been a loyal Hilton customer for years. Since the pandemic (and even a few minor instances before), I have seen a huge decrease in their customer service and a huge increase in their desire to boost their bottom line at anyone’s expensive but their own.

I booked a reservation through their app (I’m a Diamond member and track/add to my points). I booked this hotel as an advance purchase not knowing the rooms had to be booked though my daughter’s team at a reduced rate. Seeing that our club alone has 5-10 clubs going AND I would be staying in the same hotel, I reached out and explained assuming it’s one of the largest hotel chains in the world, they will take care of their repeat customers - boy was I wrong, again.

I contacted the hotel and corporate. Corporate is simply awful. I genuinely believe they give their personnel scripts to lie in an attempt to rid themselves of people, eg, people stating they are managers when they are not). Corporate’s solution was to add us to the group reservation and maintain the advance purchase which, as a single parent, is costing me nearly $300 more. Granted, to some it’s a minimal amount but not to those who are single parents on a budget.

Time to start spending money on corporations that genuinely care and make efforts to be as supportive of their clientele as the clientele that supports them. Hilton is no longer that corporation or maybe they never were and I was...

Stayed here for GenCon and it was just not a good fit for our needs. We had an extra person sharing our room, and when we asked about the pull-out couch, the response was "there's sheets and pillows in the cabinet, make it up yourself." Which, fine, but also: the rooms are dated and ours was falling apart and not especially clean (the hooks in the bathroom had been pulled out of the wall and pushed back in with toilet? paper?, shower was moldy, covers immediately fell off the shower dispensers revealing mildew, blood stain on the fitted sheet, wallpaper was peeling...) We called the front desk about these things and someone did come by to try to fix the hooks but one still fell out of the wall and no one did anything about the busted dispensers or changed the sheets. Had to ask multiple times to get extra toilet paper. There was also a dog in an adjacent room that barked all day, every day. Oh! and the thermostat can't be set below 68 and only cooled the room to 70 degrees. There were some pros-- breakfast was fine, full sized fridge and kitchenette were useful. Front desk and valet team was ON IT and helpful when we could catch them. But considering the premium price we paid for four nights in the room PLUS $46/day for parking? Not worth it and we will not be staying here again.

Our stay here was ok. However, I would change a few things. Firstly, the breakfast selection was mediocre. My husband and oldest daughter don't eat meat and therefore it wasn't a lot to choose from. The oatmeal was too mushy, the boiled eggs were creepy looking and frozen, the fruit was surrounded by fruit flies...can I get just plain scrambled eggs (nope not on the menu) Secondly, the room's bathroom door was very hard to open and close due to not having a handle (I personally would not have constructed it that way but what can I say). The room was freezing at night and we turned the heater all the way up to 75. When we complained to the manager, she manually override the thermostat and we were able to turn it up to 85 if needed. The room was a nice size and The bed was really comfy. However, the sheets for the pullout bed were very hard and not comfortable at all.The pool was beautifully designed but it's only 4 feet deep all around. The exercise room was a nice size. However, you have to enter the exercise room to access the laundry room. The exercise room does have complimentary water but no disinfectant wipes to wipe down the machines, weights and bench after usage. The staff was friendly.

My experience here was just ok. I would have given them one star, however, the people who work with customers there are super friendly and everyone greets you with a smile which I find refreshing. However, there were several things that hindered a positive experience. We had a king suite. In the suite there was a kitchen area. I was surprised to see a used bottled of dish soap, the glasses, were smudged and greasy with fingerprints, dirty silverware in the drawer. With Covid I was shocked at the number of communal items. The public coffee area has all the cups and lids sitting out and to get your coffee you have to press your cup against a lever! I imagine people probably go and get refills and put their germy cups up against those levers, there was not any person disinfecting the area. Don't even get me started with the breakfast area, germ fest! I'm not a person who believes we need to mask up everywhere and shut everything down. Even before Covid I would have found all of this disgusting.
