CURRENT VISIT...IM HERE NOW....

Today I waited in line to be seated for 15 minutes the waitress waited 15 minutes to come see if we Wanted something to drink. Then it took 10 minutes to get a coffee. Then it took another 15 minutes to get our food. The waitress was very slow the line to check out was very slow the coffee cups were dirty.

No waiting - food was fast and hot. Server was extremely friendly and so was the hostess.......I saw the manager and she was working hard with the team. Definitely a better visit. I always use the same server Darla, she is awesome.

Some of the servers, hosts, and cashiers, really suck! Ok - let's address each.

Servers: There are two that rock. I can't remember the name of the first person, but she could remember all the orders of 6 people with out writing anything down. Everything came out perfectly.

The other is named Darla. She is very attentive, keeps the glasses full, keeps her tables clean, and is what a good server should be.

Now the bad about the others. They just suck. Slow, ignoring customers, dirty tables, talk to you like they don't care. One day I sat there and had 3 servers around me and not one would help me or offer a drink. I was getting up to leave and a manager realized what was happening and made it right. Although, after they brought the food, still got no service. No refills, no "is everything ok ", not cool.

Now the hosts and cashiers. I noticed that first the host is hardly ever at the entrance causing people to wait and creating a line. Then they play favorites with seating. Instead of splitting up the seating among servers, they favor their friends who really suck but is not fair to other servers. And I wanted a different seat. Come to check out, oh my goodness, it took less time for me to enlist to the army. That sums it up.

In all fairness I will return and add to this review as things get...

This experience was terrible and will NOT be back! The food was barely warm…which is weird for a Sunday at 12/1:30pm…but our server never came back to check on us at all so we couldn’t even explain to her about the food…so we explained to the manager and got told that our server was the best server…which if that was true we would’ve gotten our food freshly made and would’ve had time to tell her about the orange juice…when I was talking to the manager about what went wrong with our experience the serve jasmene proceeded to stare at me and my niece with vengeance in her eyes and the lady at the checkout register was very rude as well and proceeded to tell the mananager, “ YOU BETTER GET YOUR CUSTOMERS” whatever that means…we were just waiting for my mom to get out of the bathroom…the host said my niece snatched the recipient from her, but she just grabbed it fast cause she was trying to grab my fathers to go coffee that the manager had brought out…so that part was a definite misunderstanding…either way very unprofessional…I HAVE BEEN A SERVER IN THE BREAKFAST INDUSTRY FOR 13 YEARS AND THIS IS NOT THE WAY THIS SITUATION SHOULD HAVE WENT DOWN…I AM ALSO IN SCHOOL FOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SO DEFF NOT THE WAY IT SHOULDVE GONE…I understand the area but we are all adults and should act as such regardless of a complaint…you’re suppose to remain professional with the customers and apologize for any inconvenience. B.L.A.S.T is very important to use in the food industry and was not portrayed correctly here. I am overall disappointed with the experience and will not be back…P.S. I wasn’t even mean when giving the complaint because Ik how customers can be especially on a Sunday. Anyways whatever it is bothering these girls, I hope their day...
