My daughter and I could not wait for this Duncan to open we’ve been a couple times, first 2 times we had good service, friendly people but not this time. When I went today there was a gentleman working who has a piercing on the top of his nose between his eyes who is extremely rude I didn’t get his name so I figured I would describe him so if anyone runs into him, they know he is not a friendly man, he has customer service is. He berated me in front of the staff and customers in the restaurant because the cashier at the counter placed the order as an iced coffee. I explained to her three times that I wanted a medium vanilla latte but still she put it in as iced coffee so it had to be remade. It upset this man so much that he felt the need to walk up to me and tell me that I had ordered it wrong and he was not going to keep remaking it if I was not going to order it correctly so instead, I bit my tongue and kindly said I wanted the vanilla latte, please. I don’t feel like it’s right to be rude to the customer just because your cashier rang it out wrong especially when I explained it to her three times and I know he hear me because you were standing right behind her. Read moreI dont have issues with the drinks at all. Food well its frozen reheated kind. Donuts are not good. The staff is my biggest issue with this location. No personality at all. The vibe i get is get your order and leave no smiles no communication its like robots working. No friendly vibes its pretty much the attitude of we hate dealing with the public. Maybe ill have a chat with district manager about it cause I really dont like the vibes here. There is an older woman there and she is way better than the others. Lack of personality and customer care kills this place. UPDATE: The manager dont know his name he is the colored guy, rude as hell does not know how to talk to people or anything about customer service. That dude should not be working there. Do not tell me I can't say hello at the drive through then tell me I know the process. Excuse me Sir but I kept hearing the other speaker thinking it was the one I was at just turn down really low. Read moreIf you look inside of the paper coffee cups and look at the seam of the cup towards the brim of the cup there is a little triangular like notch in the seem that notch is the cup fill indicator that notch is how far you fill up the cup especially with hot liquids..if you fill the cup past that notch it could become a disaster to the customer when they take the lid off of the hot cup of coffee the coffee could spill out of the cup and burn the customer or in some cases if the cup is over filled past that notch it could cause the customer to accidentally spill the hot cup of coffee on them self because of the cup being over filled… I had just bought a cup of hot coffee and it was over filled and when I took the lid off it spilt on to my hand and sort of burnt. It does a customer no good to over filled a hot cup of coffee because most of us at times have to pour out the over filled to fit...
