Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I'm gonna start out by saying that I LOVE street tacos and chulapus that Taco Bell has came out with. I could literally eat them every day. I could probably attempt to make them at home because I could piece together the ingredients crom eating them that often lol. With that being said, I went late night to this spot & ordered the street chalupas with easy lime sauce right?? The first time, they put Chipotle sauce on instead of the lime sauce. It could've been spicy ranch but regardless, the lime sauce is NOT spicy and this was. Turned around, went thru the drive thru and explained to them that the sauce wasn't right. They remade it and it was hot. Got driving down the road and AGAIN tasted that same spicy sauce. I could even smell it lol which it most def did NOT smell like lime. I had to turn around again and have them remake it. When I got there for the third time, some guy came from the back and showed me what sauce he was using insisting it was correct. I'm sure someone put the wrong sauce in the dispenser but I can without a doubt say it was in fact NOT THE LIME SAUCE!!! I ended up leaving without any sauce on my chalupas so it still wasn't my actual order that I wanted. Mistakes happen but gas ain't cheap these days to be making 3 trips back to a taco bell at 2 in the morning...... *Sidenote: When I come during the day at this location, I never have these types of issues AND this is the first location I had the street chalupas at lol Maybe come during the daytime??? This all seems pretty petty, I'm aware, but is it really that hard to just be safe & go grab the actual sauce indicating...

10/08/25 and it’s 5:16am. I do food delivery, EVERY TIME I come here for an order no matter how big or small these lazy dudes they have at this store overnight are absolute trash for employees. I have been here exactly 38 times in the past two months and have successfully picked my order up 3 times between 4am - 6am. Every time I pull up to the speaker it is the same song they sing “I don’t have any DoorDash orders on my screen” …. “What’s the name on your order? I don’t have any DoorDash orders.” I am not rude to them, I’m polite and respectful, I wait for them to greet me and I tell them who I’m there for. It is depressing that the competency these people have is ZERO… NONE...this crew you have here tonight is the ones I have NEVER successfully got an order from not once. They are usually sitting out in the lobby on their phone. I’m out here working trying to make money but can’t because they can’t have better housekeeping from any form of management. I’m not a religious person but I hope your store does absolutely terrible all night every single night so maybe the owner or GM will get their slow moving behind in gear and get a new crew in there overnight. I get screwed out of quite a bit of money every-time I have an order at this Taco Bell. I’m just trying to eat just like the lazy crew in there overnight shift. Sad excuse for a store and the management that is running it...

My best friend and I absolutely L💖VE Taco Bell, it has always been our go to restaurant! Today, we visited this location and received excellent service from our dear friends Manveet, Karman, and Merced. They were hustling and SO hardworking, my wait time was nothing! These had to have been THE BEST cheesy rollups I have ever eaten, because of how fresh, delicious, and satisfying my meal was💯 I couldn’t help myself any longer, the warm and goey delectable had me burst into a song of appreciation. The employees listened to my emotional serenade and gave us free freezies!!! It was the absolute highlight of my day, and we sure appreciate you guys entertaining our silliness.
