Dunkin' — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I go here all the time and the staff is super hit or miss. I’ve worked in food services for a long time, so I always try to be understanding. But I get attitude and snapped at by staff over and over. Once was because I could see my mobile order and didn’t want to reach over the counter. The women working would not look at me and I said excuse me and she yelled that she was not talking to anyone. Finally someone came up and handed me my order after waiting 20 mins. Today when I went I accidentally placed my drive thru order as a walk in and didn’t realize until I was at the drive thru. The women on the other end was very annoyed and rude about it even though there were no other cars in the drive thru and one other car in the parking lot. Like they can’t just turn around and grab it and hand it to me. When I pulled up someone else was nice and handed me the order but the other woman yelled next time...

Unfortunately the customer service is far worse than any location I've visited, all my experiences with Dunkin have always been pleasant. Sitting next in line, there was total silence for easily 4 minutes, and being confused as to why that was I said "hello?" once with no answer. I said hello again followed by their response being "we'll respond when we are ready to take your order." The tone was really unkind. Then a minute later when my order was going to be taken, I was yelled at "ORDER". Before I could answer, again "ORDER!". I decided then that it was not worth patronizing a location where I would be treated that way and left. It's a shame the unnecessary and rude behavior to someone who was not being disrespectful in the very least. I will avoid endorsing this location, especially given...

The person who served me was a young lady who was rude to her guests. I ordered a hot drink but she gave me an iced latte. When I brought it up to her that the order was wrong she complained that I had given the order incorrectly by not letting her know that it was “hot”. I had already told her that it was a hot latte and that is what she had printed on the label too but she did not accept her mistake. She then served other guests before she completed my order. Instead of making a new one she just heated up the iced latte that she had prepared before and added more milk in it. I asked her if she could make a new one, she denied and the latte was the worst latte I have ever tasted. This was my worst dunkin...
