Greek's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Indianapolis

We absolutely love Greek's pizza but our experience here last Wednesday wasn't so good. We usually go to the one in Franklin and have always had great service. This was the second time we have eaten here and had great service the first time. The waitress was sarcastic and not kind. When my 85 year old mother nodded that she too wanted water, like everyone else at the table had said, she was so rude to her by saying she didn't know what her nodding meant. Then when she continued around the table, there was 7 of us, and we all said water she again rudely asked how many people DIDN'T want water. Her attitude continued and she never came back to ask how our food was or if we needed anything more. We had to wave to her a few times to just get drink refills. The pizza was amazing of course and for good pizza you pay! Needless to say she only received a 10% tip and we always tip well since our son has worked as a waiter for years. I wanted to leave a penny!!! Management should have a chat with her or she will treat others...

One of my favorite foods is Pizza, unfortunately I’m not a fan of the delivery options, pizza is never hot, extra cheese is Non existing so if I want a pizza I normally go to a dine in pizzeria, today that changed I wanted a pizza but didn’t feel like going to my to spot, I looked over my options and decided to try Greek’s Pizzeria, what a great experience from placing my order to the early delivery of my pizza, the young lady that delivered my pizza was so nice, asked how I was doing and very courteous, she handed me my pizza and it was so hot, I could have said it came out of my oven,open the box omg extra cheese it was so good cooked perfectly, kudos to Greek Pizzeria, you have gained a new customer, I did call and told the manager by the way I didn’t have to wait 30 minutes for him to come to the phone, I could go on and on GREAT...

I looked up local Pizza on Grub Hub and Greeks Pizzeria was #3 on the list. It arrived very timely, hot and very fresh tasting. The bottom of the crust under the toppings was a little greasy, but the crust around the edge made up for it. Very soft and fresh, with just the right amount of garlic and buttery flavor. The crust around the edge was cooked perfectly! The amount of actual toppings was impressive. The amount of pepperoni was a treat, the "Indianapolis Bacon" was amazing. Thick thick cut smoked bacon, was very flavorful. The sauce was very good. You can tell its a local recipe. If not for the soggy bottom, I would have given them 5 stars, but all in all very very good pizza and not too expensive for what you get. I would certainly recommend this place if you are like me and like local...
