Jack's Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Picked up my order and they didn’t open my box and show me the pizza like usual, went ahead and left before I left the lot I saw I was missing sauces for breadsticks went back to get sauces and it took the manager 20min to even recognize me waiting then proceeded to tell me how busy he was and he thought someone else would have gotten it for me while saying all this I’m still waiting on him to grab it out of the cooler. After I got home i realized the pizza was missing extra cheese and it was so hard and thin it didn’t seem real. After leaving msg after msg on the jacks contact us page never got a response of any kind. This location needs to close until they get a manage wonder why he was short staffed his attitude maybe. I will never visit this location again and hope others will do the same. Today, we ordered a large supreme pizza from jacks. When I placed my order, the lady told me it will be 1 hr. 1.5hrs passed, I call spoke with a Tyrone who told me it hasnt coked yet, and he has to get a driver, & it wil be another 40min. Its been another 1.5hrs. Hubby calls, asking where our pizza is, Tyrone got an attitude, sad he had 1 driver doesnt have my pizza. Hubby asked for a refund & the guy hung up on hubby. I tried to find a corporate number, cant find it. I tried to send an email but they dont have my state in there list of locations (now that is messed up). The only thing I have is this review. Ordered over the phone, total was steep , so myself and employee discussed. Therefore, I requested my receipt with my order. Received order, was not as hot as it should have been. The food was not in the usual container that all other pizza's arrive in to keep warm. I looked for the receipt, none. I called to speak with manager, employee that took my order answered and indicated that she was the manager (Raneka ??). I asked for the receipt, she stated that the write up of what I ordered was in/on the box. I asked if I could get a receipt, she offered many words that didn't make sense to me, but no receipt could be generated. have never know that anything purchased could not have a receipt for that purchase.
