If you select No Mayo and also add NO MAYO in the special instructions, they still put mayonnaise on your sandwich. Hot subs are no problem, but not sure how this specific location continues to struggle with this specific issue with cold subs; this is the closest Jersey Mikes to my house, and the last 5 times I’ve ordered a cold sub with no mayo and also said no mayo in the instructions at this location, they continue to put mayo on my sandwich. FOLLOW THE SANDWICH BUILD AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. The 96th street location is awesome and I’ve never had an issue with following instructions or how you build the sandwich, but this location by Castleton has done it 5 times in a row and I’m just sick and tired of it. I haven’t been to this location in 6 months, bc the last time I ordered a cold sub for pickup and built the sandwich with no mayo and also included no mayo in the instructions, I specifically saw the sandwich builder put mayo on my sandwich. When I got there early and saw the sandwich builder add mayo to my sandwich, I told him that it was with no mayo, and the manager came out and asked me what I meant like the whole staff was confused. Dear Jersey Mike’s Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location on 82nd & Allisonville Road in Indianapolis, Indiana.
When I asked for my salad to be placed in a bag, the manager on duty told me to “go to Aldi’s” if I wanted it bagged. I found this response to be unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable, especially coming from a manager.
As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and assistance. A simple request for a bag should never be met with sarcasm or a referral to another store.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a response regarding how this will be handled...
Read moreI ordered online while I was sitting out in the parking lot. The employees have it set so if you order online it takes an hour before you get your order. They were not busy at all. There was no reason for them to set carry out times an hour out.
I went in there.They were doing pretty much nothing,the food they had sitting out looked very gross, the food prep behind the counter looks nasty and I don’t think it should be served to anyone ever! I would’ve never ordered online if I had seen how nasty and disgusting the make line looked!!!!!!
