I came across this restaurant because of a personal recommendation. The place is located in Fountain Square, which I think is fitting for the vibrant Mexican cuisine and culture. First, I want to note that parking is provided, so you don't have to deal with a long search for parking, which I like. From the outside, the atmosphere already grabs you, and you fall into the Mexican charm through the colorful facade. Inside, the decorations with skeletons and plants look authentic but not too intrusive. After entering the building, there was a good smell of Mexican food. There is music playing, but fortunately, it was not too loud. I also like how many diverse group constellations were in the restaurant. The service was particularly positive. My friend and I didn't have to wait at all to be taken to a table. Immediately we got a seat without any problems. The waiter made us feel welcome and added to the authenticity of the place by greeting us in Spanish. The service was very fast and drinks and food were on our table soon after we ordered. We also got free nachos and salsa right when we sat down. Also, the service was very courteous and not intrusive, so we could sit for a while after the meal. Before I go into the food, I want to mention that I am a vegetarian, so I can only comment on vegetarian dishes. When I looked at the menu, I was excited to find that there is a wide selection of main courses for vegetarians, which I am not used to from every Mexican restaurant. I opted for the "enchiladas vegetarianas", because they had different fillings, and so you could try through. The quality was amazing, and I must honestly say this was probably the best Mexican food that I have ever had. The food was perfectly seasoned, and the portion was neither too big nor too small. Also, the arrangement was beautiful. I will be very happy to come back!

Very good time here with family. We came here after church service at Calvary Tabernacle less than five minutes away on Fletcher Avenue. There was no waiting to be seated on this Labor Day Sunday around 1:30-2:30pm. The atmosphere has a nice modern Mexican theme. There's some large monitors where you can watch sporting events. Multiple rooms where you can easily hear conversations within your groups table. Restrooms are clean as well as everywhere I could see. If sanitary grading systems expand to Indy I would give it a blue "A" from my perspective. Service was prompt and our waiter was very knowledgeable about everything we asked. He was bilingual and very fluent in clearly speaking and understanding. I mention this because my hearing is not perfect and sometimes I'm challenged with having a dialog but not today with this staff. Food is very good. I loved the marinated chicken breast topped with spinach & mushrooms covered in melted cheese. I requested extra spinach and they was very generous. This came with sides of pico de gallo, guacamole, rice, and shredded lettuce. Everything was fresh and ripe. This may not be a traditional Mexican Cuisine menu item that first comes to mind but my objective this visit was vegetables. If this appeals to you order the "Pollo Sabroso" which translates to "tasty chicken". I would definitely return and recommend this restaurant.

Gave Loco a try. We were in neighborhood and looked on Google and was rated good. First were the chips and salsa. Salsa was very good spicy like I like. Chips are thicker then I like but they r good. I got the flight of margaritas. The house margarita was rimmed with salt. The golden margarita was rimmed with salt. The pomegranate was rimmed with sugar and was light on the taste of pomegranate, Would like to had a little more taste of the pomegranate. The Jalepeno margarita was spicy. Had a little heat. Each margarita had it's own unique taste. Each one was very good. If and when we go back I probably would just get the house margarita it's what I normally like. I ordered the wet burrito with chicken and the wife got the burrito carne asada. My burrito was delicious. It had chicken, rice tomato's, lettuce and sour cream. Covered in three sauces, salsa Verde, queso sauce and ranchero Chicken was moist. Burrito was big. Highly recommend. My wife's burrito had grilled steak, onions rice and beans covered in a tomatillo sauce. She thought it was delicious just a bit spicy for her. It also came with rice, Pico, lettuce and guac. She said guac was good. As a first time visit we would definitely go back.
