Huge shout-out to Natasha for being so kind, helpful, and awesome. Natasha is probably better at customer service than anyone I've met at any McAlister's Deli location! She will effortlessly connect with you, get to know you, relate to you, and help you, building that much rapport all within the span of a few minutes as you order. As a cashier, Natasha is your first impression of McAlister's Deli, and she knocks it out of the park in that respect. Her kindness will make your day every time. God bless!!!
McAlister's Deli is wonderful! They have delicious and healthy sandwiches, salads made with clean and fresh vegetables, and best of all, McAlister's Famous Tea!!! 🍵 The sandwiches and salads are at the same price point as that of Panera Bread, and it's apparent that McAlister's Deli is a competitor to Panera. But what sets McAllister's Deli apart in the higher-end sandwich and salad industry is McAlister's Famous Tea! 🍵
The tea is an experience. Make sure to fill your cup to the brim with ice, because McAlister's Deli brews its tea strong and hot. The tea is a perfect combination of flavors, from the earthy bitterness from the premium black tea leaves, balanced by the zing of freshly squeezed lemon! To top it off, add a couple shots of real fruit puree! The best combination is the peach tea. 🍑 🍵 Recommendation: Add three pumps of peach puree 🍑 to a glass of unsweetened tea 🍵, and squeeze in two or three slices of lemon. 🍋 The result is perfection! Like a hug in a glass, just the right amount of fruity sweetness, and an excellent source of vitamin C! 🍋

We had a very poor experience with this location. I placed an order with them to cater lunch to my office. When the order arrived, the only thing they had gotten correct was the gallon of tea. The amount of sandwiches received were incorrect. Also, I had specifically requested all of the salad items be on the side, due to food allergies with some employees. They assured me it comes as a large bowl of lettuce and cucumbers, with everything else on the side. When it arrived, it was a bunch of individual salads with all the toppings on each one. Then, I had asked twice if the soup came in one big container or individual ones. I was told it was one large quart container. And when we got it, of course it was in individual containers. Also, the delivery driver was smoking in the car, which just is a little gross when she's delivering food to a medical office. The bill was incorrect and we had to ask multiple times for a copy of our receipt and bill. Finally, we called to complain and were put on hold and remained on hold for 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES until we finally hung up and called back. The manager told us he would "make it right" and would also send us free lunch vouchers in the mail. We received nothing from them and nothing was done to "make it right". I was very disappointed in this location, particularly with the customer service. We definitely won't be using them for...
Read moreOn May 13th, 2025 @10:40am my husband, son and I came to brunch here. It was all going great. The young man was very kind and patient with our requests. Even got us a sample of one of my fave soups. As I read the remainder of the soup options, I saw that on the bottom of the lists it reads in fine print: "Ask about our Soup Of The DAY" .....and so I did.... That's when I no longer desired eating here.
The young man asked the young man working BOH. That young man asked another lady, and then the lady snapped at me immediately. "ALL OF THEM!" "I said so then why advertise to ask about a specialty daily soup?"
I've worked in many kitchens before and we have also had our regular soup options plus on top we advertise soup of the day. A soup NOT on the menu.
As we were eating, I see the GM, Eon, coming in. I quickly stop him and report the incident I endured. He apologized on behave on her. I then questioned him about the advertisement and he kindly and professionally explained they unfortunately don't have a soup of the day. It's just the soups listed.
Well on that note, it's up to corporate to make some changes because it looks like false advertisement at this point.
At the end of the day I would like to repeat "It's not necessarily what you say, but...
