So today I came into this papa johns and FIRST OF ALL. The people working the front counter had a TERRIBLE attitude. I get that we have bad days but this was just unbelievable. So I gave them my order which was a medium pepperoni with extra cheese. They took my order and it took them almost 2 hours just too make it and it wasn’t even busy. I went to open my pizza box and I saw this weird creation of a pizza. They put two wings and mushrooms with looks to be barbecue sauce. This is NOT what I ordered AT ALL, they think this is funny but it’s not it’s just purely disrespectful and annoying when your trying to get something to eat after work and they give you this after taking a long time and having attitude. I ordered the Cheesy Burger Pizza with specific toppings: beef, black olives, and spicy Italian sausage. However, when I received the pizza, it was missing key ingredients that I paid for.
This is not just a service issue, it’s a failure to fulfill a paid agreement. As a customer, I am legally entitled to receive what I ordered, not something incomplete or altered at the store’s discretion.
I paid $21.34 in total, including tax, tip, and delivery, and what I received was not what I agreed to purchase. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of care or quality control.

They messed my pizza up twicebarely put cheese on a three cheese extra cheese and when I brought the pizza back they ganged up on me and argue with me and told me that was enough cheese. The manager then lied and said that corporate didn't exist with Papa John's so there's no point of calling. Then said he's going to call corporate and lie on me shame.
