As a loyal chick-fil-a customer for years, I have never been disappointed with my experience, until tonight. We visited the Indianapolis location on Keystone Avenue and were appalled by the customer service. One reason we visit chick-fil-a is because their restaurants typically meet and surpass our standards for customer service. This was not the case at the keystone location.
After waiting in the drive thru line for over 40 minutes and paying for our meals, we were instructed to pull forward and wait longer. Fifteen minutes later I went in search of our food because I knew it couldnât take 15 minutes for chicken strips. When I approached the door, I was told that they âhad been looking for me,â odd because we were the only vehicle waiting on food.
Once we did finally approach the window it was obvious that the slow experience was a result of the employeesâ cell phone usage. More than half of the employees visible at the drive thru window were on their phones rather than serving customers. Another clear issue was that once we got into the line we were stuck, rather than being able to park and run inside we were stranded in the extremely backed up drive thru.
When it was all said and done, the food was still as expected and excellent but I would not visit a chick-fil-a again due to the blatant lack of customer consideration and horrible customer service we...
Read moreUsually chick-fil-a is always on their game, and always seem to have better customer service than the surrounding fast food restaurants.....tonight I give this location a 2 star, only because their food is great but it honestly should be a 0 star review. I ordered 4 spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches, with extra pepper jack and no lettuce.....got lettuce on all my sandwiches and no extra cheese, even though they did charge me for it. Ordered a 30 piece chicken nugget meal for my kids, got home and aside from seen that my sandwiches were all wrong, my chiken nuggets were not even in any of the bags.....like wth? Now chick-fil-a usually has amazing customer service and always gets my order correct, so of course I didn't check my food till I got home.....and we do not just stay right up the street or around the corner from chick-fil-a.....so you can imagine what a headache it was to drive all the way back to chick-fil-a. The night crew who took my order seemed to just be playing around , even made a comment about how everyone tonight was smoking weed.....uh like you dont say that in front of customers. Total wreck tonight on 2/1/2019 @ 9pm. Felt like I was at...
Read moreI have gotten delivery/takeout at least two dozen times from this location in the past year and a half. And not once have I gotten a full and proper fry order.
Today I ordered a large, and I received a record low in terms of actual serving size (though not much smaller than the previous record). Does this look âlargeâ to you? What are these, fries for ants?
Considering none of my delivery/takeout orders have actually been wrong, which is impressive on its own right, I have to conclude that itâs not a quality control problem. The only alternative? They are actively sabotaging my fry orders.
While I appreciate their commitment to public health, itâs the God-given right of all Americans to eat their fill of hot, greasy starches. To impede this right is disgraceful, and probably illegal. Speaking of public health, daily intake of a full serving of fries has been linked to quicker recovery from the omicron variant.*
Please fulfill your patriotic duty (and make Truett Cathy proud) by FILLING UP the fry boxes.

9/2 Update: After a few more ordersâŚmy fries are still consistently stingy. See this example...
