Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I've had a bad time with this location almost every I've ordered. Delivery time is typically around 2 hours post delivery.

Most recently, I placed an order for 2 pizzas and a beverage. 2.5 hours later, my pizzas arrived with no beverage; the driver said they'd be back in 15-20 minutes. I checked the pizzas and they were cold and soggy. The driver didn't show back up and I called the store. The manager said he'd send a replacement for all items. Those items never came. I tried calling corporate the next day, but they were closed so I called on the next business day. I found out the store was a franchise and that corporate had limited authority but would contact the store and that the story should get back to me within 48 hours. Long story short, I called corporate and the location 3 times each before a manager said they'd credit me for the whole order, which was $46.76. I called to use my credit and found out that they only credited me for $20, 42% of what it should have been. I spoke to another manager who was unhelpful in remedying this issue. I've been trying to get it resolved for a month and a half and am receiving nothing but terrible...

tl;dr decent pizza, took ~3 hrs to have it delivered 5 minutes away

Ordered online at 5:15pm on a Tuesday. Website said the pizza would be "ready" at 6:11. I wasn't sure if that meant delivered at 6:11 or what, but that ended up being moot.

Called at 6:45 to see where the pizza was. Girl accidentally hung up on me after I waited on hold, I called back, talked to a manager who said mine was second on the list to go out the door. Wouldn't give me an estimate on how long that would be because he was afraid I'd hold him to that. We were way past that by then but whatever.

Pizza arrived at 8:05, nearly 3 hours after I ordered it. From what I could tell, it probably had come out of the oven at 6:11 and had just been kept warm. It tasted as well as you could expect a pizza in that state to taste, so 2 stars instead of 1, since it technically could have been worse.

I'm not even going to bother talking to them about a free pizza or something because I just don't want to have to order from them again. I'd advise you...

Consistently late on their estimated pick up times. This time I arrived 25 minutes after placing my pick up order. I was told they were currently making my pizza and to pull around to the pick up window in 10 minutes. I pulled away and at that point decided I didn't want my order any longer. I mean I could have heated up my oven and made a frozen pizza in the time it took for Donatos, a pizza company, to make my order. When I asked to cancel my order, the manager asked no questions as to why I was canceling and canceled it. I was given no confirmation receipt stating that my order was canceled. I was told my original receipt, which had me charged, was my confirmation receipt. Management did not seem interested in their stores customer experience at all! This Donatos needs to get their act together. I'll remember the bad experiences next time I order pizza and will order...
