I am giving 2 stars ONLY because the food was correct and the guy working seemed to be trying his best. We went on Friday mid afternoon and there were only 2 people working. They weren't very busy but the guy in front of us was ordering for someone on his phone. At that point, I felt like the manager on the register could have jumped behind and at least got our order started instead of sitting there staring but she didn't. The guy starts making our order and at that point, she decides that is the perfect time to start flipping pans on the line. Not refilling necessarily- just grabbed a stack of clean pans and changing pans out. My husband and I have both worked in restaurants and that seemed so weird to be doing with a line but whatever.
We get our food and we wanted tea to drink but they didn't have any sugar or sweetner - we asked. So we sit down and start eating. Everything foodwise is fine- but it is hard to mess up the food since they make it in front of you. At some point, the manager comes out and starts wiping off tables and chatting on her cell phone. We see several people walk in and out of the corner of my eye, I am watching the 1st guy working his way down the line while the manager continues to wipe off tables without looking up. I even mention to my husband that she wasn't paying attention. So to be clear, she has now left the young man by himself with 6-8 people in line. We hear him say her name as he starts on the next order. At that point, we are done but hubby was completing the survey online. I try to leave because I am annoyed with her but hubby wanted me to sit down songe could finish the survey. At this point, the guy behind the lines whistles forbtge manager. At that point, my husband turned around and sort of glared at the manager who is still talking on her phone and has yet to have looked at the line. I appreciate that she was wiping tables but as a manager, your head should be on a swivel. She then asks my husband if she can help him with a bit of an attitude. He said no but you can help those folks waiting to check out instead if talking on your phone. At that point, the manager chooses to escalate it by saying she was talking to her boss. At that point, I knew I needed to leave before I really went off so I walked outside. The manager continued to yell at my husband and then made a remark about how he talked to me and made a reference to me tolerating it. At that point, he was walking out. Honestly if she hadn't been wearing a different shirt, I would never have known she was a manager, as she definitely didn't act like any manager I have...
Read moreMe and my girlfriend went there this Saturday the 20th of April 2019. When it first opened and in the past it was good. When visiting there tonight the staff had no idea what they were doing. When we ask a question about food the girls simply looked at is the said I don't know I've only worked here for 3 days. My girl got a taco salad she asked for salad they barely put any in it. Also the meat was cold. I ordered a burrito and it was put together very sloppily. Again the ground beef was cold like very cold. My girl ask about some of the sauce in the ketchup like dispensing bottles as a girl held one ask Will what flavor is that again I don't know only been here a few days. I asked for the cheese and if it came with chips who we believe was the manager at the end running the cash register said if you get the large cheese it comes with chips. If you get the small cheese you have to pay for chips. Well I got the small cheese to put on my burrito when I got to the cash register she asked do you want the chips I said well how much are they she mumbled something when I ask excuse me what did you say she looked at me like I was crazy and said they're complimentary I just told you that wow. After eating some of the meal not finishing it I approached and asked as I was looking do you have toothpicks she replied know we had to throw them out because the children kept playing with them and then putting them back. I said well why wouldn't you just keep them behind the counter if it was a problem she replied hey that's a good idea again wow. As we sat and ate a little of what we ordered we were noticing all the tables including ours had not been white properly. Also looking at the windows extremely dirty the counter in front of the windows had splashed and spilled food all over the windows. Definitely look like it been there a long time. as we were leaving I went back to the register and asked if they had a card a phone number or a suggestion flyer or something like that. She replied not happily it's on your receipt if you'd look at it again wow. Needless to say we will never visit that store or maybe any other in that chain in the future. Suggestions to everyone stay away cold food prepared horribly food line was a mess the whole restaurant was. Excuse my punctuation talking to my phone while driving. I know that's not safe right. Read moreWhen I say yesterday was by far in all of my 40 something years on earth never experienced the type of service ever!!! First let me start with I spent all least 15 min trying to call in a order because I have a broke ankle. Nobody never answered the phone. I find a ride and get there I ordered the new shrimp burrito, there wasn't enough shrimp to make it. The young lady who waited on me let the cook know she needed shrimp. He had the nastiest attitude ever as if we the customers couldn't see him and his reaction. After waiting on a broke ankle for about 15 min I said I would have a seat. Ppl steady coming in the lines are getting longer and now I've waited a least 20 min. I asked the manger do you all have shrimp yet. His response to me was " Didn't she tell you it would be 10 min. My response to that was no because when the lady asked the cook for them he got a attitude and walked off. So I go sit back down patiently. Ok now I've been waiting and it's been close to over a half an hour. Ppl this is shrimp I'm waiting for not steak or chicken but shrimp. I approached the manger again asking about the shrimp and he light weight got a attitude with me . All I managed to say at this point is what reason do you have to have an attitude your not the one been waiting for shrimp with a broken ankle for now every bit of 45 min. A couple of times I noticed the workers asking the manager about the shrimp themself because they knew I was waiting and the manager was giving them a hard time for just asking about it... THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST FAST FOOD SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. I BEEN BETTER OFF GOING TO A DINE IN RESTAURANT WITH A WAIT TIME IF 45 TO GET MY FOOD SERVED. THE MANAGER AND THE COOK NEED...
