I really appreciate Danielle and all that she does!! Danielle always takes great care of my husband & I’s needs. She’s fabulous!

Additionally, I recently took my wedding ring in to be resized. The promise date for pick up was 6/10/2023. However, I received a call today, 6/1/2023, stating that my ring was ready! I am so pleased with the work that was done on my very valuable ring!! You cannot tell that it has been resized & it fits so much better. Thank you all!

Today (7/12/2025), I went in to purchase earrings for my husband as a birthday gift. He has very sensitive ears, so I wanted to get a quality pair of earrings that wouldn’t irritate his skin. Adam assisted me with my purchase today, and his customer service was absolutely stellar (despite my indecisiveness).

In the midst of searching for the perfect pair of earrings for my husband, I looked for a pair for our two year old daughter. These earrings would be her very first pair from a jeweler, so I was slightly nervous to purchase as she frequently loses her earrings. Once Adam confirmed that the earrings were screwbacks, I was completely sold!

The manager (Aubrey) at this location is very rude and unprofessional. I purchased a watch at another location and a few days later went into this store to exchange it or return it. She said that the watch had been worn and I couldn’t return it . I started to explain to her that the watch has never been sized to fit my wrist so there’s no way I could have worn it and she instantly cut me off and repeatedly told me that it had been worn . I asked for corporate number and she sloppily threw the watch back in the box. She got on the phone and ran in the back . After talking with corporate they called the store and she continued to lie to them telling them that it has been worn and also that she don’t even know if i was the one that purchased the watch . I’m not sure if it’s because I’m young , black or both for her to feel that I can’t purchase a watch but my name was on the paperwork and I have an ID. I gave Kay’s (not this location) 2 stars because corporate honored my return. I’m not at all happy with my experience. My ring is beautiful don’t get me wrong, but I truly feel like the staff didn’t listen to my fiancé when he went to purchase my ring & now it is still too big. My fingers are very, very small. I wear between sizes 3-3.5. When my fiancé went to the store he was advised to get a size 6 because the rep didn’t believe him about my ring size. Though he said a size 4, I wish she would have advised him to get a ring without the diamonds on the side so the ring could have been sized correctly to fit my finger where it didn’t move at all times. My ring doesn’t fit comfortably and I’m always afraid that it will fall off. I understand that it should have a little wiggle room, but I am constantly moving it on my finger so it sits correctly.
