Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I usually go to the RC in Carmel but was excited to see that there was one coming closer & could save me 15 min extra . I came today & was not satisfied at all . Drive thru service was good & order was repeated back correctly . Had a 10-12 maybe 15 min max wait for the food which i don’t mind if it was fresh but it wasn’t . I also asked for no coleslaw on both sub extra toast & still received coleslaw so i had to go back in after the long wait to get it . I asked for butter on both sides & none of the toast had that . The fries , chicken & toast was not fresh . It all tastes like it had been sitting there . For this to be a new location you guys should work on cooking to order & communicating better because there was too many bags getting handed out and returned . Update 2: used the drive thru over the weekend to get some food as we were out running errands and went to give it a try. Drive thru is dual lane and very fast staff by friendly employees. While they were extremely busy, they always tested you kindly.

Portions for the meals were incredible but pricy. We each got the chicken tender meal with the fries, bread, and coleslaw. Very good chicken with less breading (I like this less heavy style). Coleslaw was good, fries were crispy but a little salty, and the bread was sof and delicious. Drinks were not too full of ice.

UPDATE: They are now open as of last week. Definitely going to try them once I'm back over there.

A new chicken place will open soon here in Castleton! The area is very heavy on burger chains so I will definitely be stopping in as soon...
