Now, when I was at this Starbucks location, I got a look from the serving window that was interpreted and/or understood by me as, "I know exactly what you are doing, and you shouldn't be doing it." It was a pre-meditated scorn, a frown, a furrow. Something that seemed to be triggered (facially and nonverbally) by the way I said "I'm picking up an order for Grant," (as if it was usual and service-able, …using the same tones of voice and inflections in my voice as I would use as a half-imitation match for a delivery personnel's attitude and inflections (including/emphasizing the distance-ness (emotionally) from my own satisfaction of the order and the customer's own satisfaction of the order, while simultaneously using the same line of words to nonverbally recognize and here-to the typical, summed-up, and coincidental (etc.) drama that a typical food delivery personnel runs into at drive throughs and/or restaurants (etc.)), plus eye contact and then split-second mental processing time on this person's end. Now, the eye contact could have been suggestive of a positive mental image-match (in this person's mind).
And, the main point of this review is to illustrate and/or point out that I do not appreciate being told (in exact sync (affirmed through the use of two-way nonverbal communication between me and the person at the delivery window)) that I shouldn't go across America and write negative reviews online to whomever and whatever I want to, simply because someone's social class wishes to be respected. I understand writing negative reviews online is a form of punitive and guilt-based leadership power. I understand it doesn't make friends, and makes a lot of long-term enemies. I am okay with that, and have accepted that, and don't expect to change my ways. Ever since getting fired from Waverly Beach and leaving them a negative review online, I have felt a self-generated guilt to go around and give everyone else a negative review also for the sake of fairness (and also having my voice heard...

I had ordered two of the same drinks. Drove off to notice that one of the drinks was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, wasn’t upset by any means. But I had called and they had informed me on the phone that I could either get a refund or just come back to get a remake of the drink that was made incorrectly, which was completely fine with me! I was very close by, drove back with the intent on just getting a remake of the drink. This was the same location I got the drinks from, went in the drive-thru - expressed the situation on what I was offered on the phone and said I do not need a refund and respectfully asked of them to please remake the drink that was made incorrectly.
They responded by arguing with me while mentioning to me that I had never called and due to this - they would NOT remake the drink. I even offered to provide the card I had used to purchase the drinks, so I could PROVE I had in fact paid right? They said no. They did not care to listen and all awhile accusing me of taking advantage of them and deliberately lying or even possibly that I had picked up the drinks from a different Starbucks. Not okay. Wasted gas and time. And on top of that? Felt very disrespected that they had accused me of deliberately lying to them and to get...
Read moreI had the worst experience at this Starbucks in Greenwood Indiana and honestly, this location will never see another penny from me after the service I received today. The barista threw a drink at me today after I complained about waiting more than 10 minutes at the window for a frappuccino! When the barista finally brought our drink, chocolate, and milk were dripping down the sides of the glass. I asked for a couple of napkins and he said they didn't have napkins… he was out. My friend asked if we could use his towel to wipe off the glass and he said no. I put the glass back on the counter and asked him to wipe the glass down, which he should have already done… he refused!! I then told him to wipe the glass off. He tried to intimidate me with his star which didn't work... I told him again to wipe down the glass and he picked it up and threw it at me! We talked to the manager, I will call the district manager… but I will NEVER make another purchase at this Starbucks location. Management take notice... We have choices and if you employ people who lack customer service skills, you will have...
