Avoid this place at all cost. 1 the parking is super limited, ud be lucky to find a spot, 2 the customer service is GARBAGE! The woman that works the register whatever her name is I believe she could use an attitude adjustment.. shes very unprofessional & right away u can since the bad energy as she approaches the counter. Theres never a greeting jus like a “what are you here for” kinda energy. As a driver I shouldn’t have to come in your business & almost fight with you to receive & transport someones order to them as part of my job. It is within our job to check the order & make sure all contents of the order are in the bag. However, SHE will fight w you til her death to MAKE u confirm & order on my phone which is MY PHONE. We were calling before the store even closed and no one answered. Not even so we could switch our order to delivery or get a refund. Some other location answered when we tried to get help. They told us that they are independently owned and would try to get ahold of the owner but never got back to us. No greeting, just a “what can I get for you? ” In a rude tone. Even when she was handling my change, she just let it drop in my hand.. Then she gave me my food.. Said nothing...
