Do not waste your time shopping here. Even though it is close to those three stadiums, casinos, and other stores...THIS IS A DECEITFUL STORE!!! Feb 1, 2024 until March 3, 2024 I thought that I would be happy with Verizon but they proved me wrong. They made my life complicated...!!!
Their manager teaches his employees to disrespect their customer and treat women as lower class to men...
And if you have gray hair, they accuse you of not remembering or not knowing how things work...
First I had to as for a receipt, then I had to ask for a bag to carry my equipment in. There was four pages of the receipt so why did D'shawn only provide me with the last two pages...I will tell you why, because it discloses the detail of the contract. I told two employees that I did not want to pay for a new phone service for a free cell phone but I was all for buying a new landline. They acted as if they were giving me a new free SIM card because my other one was not working. Wrong...that was around $75 the next month.
Luis will justify the wrong doing of his employees as if it is impossible for them to make an error...
Clearly they care more about getting the sale and they will intentionally keep things like billing and the bottom line of monthly charges just to get you out the door with a product or service.
SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES LUIS ACCUSING YOUR CUSTOMERS OF LYING AND NOT KNOWING HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT. I take offense at you making false statement to justify your own mishandling me.
I would not buy anything ever again from this location because I was accused of lying and nobody was concerned with my issues that I'm having from Management on down. I wish they had a half a star because I wouldn't even give him a full star. It's very ratchet when you're in the hood and you're treating everybody hoodish because that's unprofessional I deserve respect just like anybody else.

Read moreWish I could give it zero stars. I bought a brand new phone here three weeks ago and have been working straight through since. When I finally had a day off I went into the verizon store because my phone had been broken for a week, saying that I didnt have service, even though I already paid my bill ahead of time. They say yes the phone is broken, but I would have to wait for a replacement phone in the mail, because they said THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY PHONES THEY COULD GIVE ME, what with this being a phone store and all I thought that was rediculous. I had explained that I already paid good money for a working phone and that's what I expect to currently have in my possession. They said I'd have to pay more money for a phone in the meantime, that there was nothing they could do. I explained that my phone being off had already affected my income for the month as I freelance and my phone line is my life line. Then I saw a man named nicolas who had a tag on his shirt that read "solutions manager" I asked for his help politely because it was a solution that I required. I tried to explain that I had already paid verizon for goods and services and I was being denied both. Some thugged out kid told him not to talk to me and that no one could do anything that wasnt already offered as an option. Still dont have a working phone, day 10. They send one idiot to go talk to you then they try to absorb the problem you explain to a bigger idiot, who explains their version to a final idiot, then they have a huddle in the back and decide how to help you the least. they're shady here and the customer service sucks its always a huge wait and everyone in here should go to high school because it feels like they didn't. OH also the guy in there tried telling me I didnt buy the phone at that store, even though I got another one of his employees to verify that he did indeed remember selling me the phone at...

I walked into the Verizon store in Inglewood simply to ask for information about switching from AT&T to Verizon. I already have Verizon home internet, and I made it crystal clear to the representative, Gio, that I was just exploring options—nothing more.
Gio accessed my account, gave me some plan details, and I left without authorizing any service, signing anything, or agreeing to make a switch. I even told him I would come back later if I decided to move forward.
Fast forward three days—I receive an email from Verizon asking me to review my plan. To my shock, I discover that FIVE wireless lines had been added to my account without my knowledge or consent.
This is fraud. Pure and simple.
What kind of company allows its representatives to tamper with a customer’s account like this? This isn’t just a “mistake”—it’s a violation of trust and a total lack of ethics. It’s disturbing that someone can walk into a Verizon store just for information and walk away unknowingly signed up for services they never agreed to.
Verizon, if these are the kinds of practices being carried out under your brand, then customers are not safe. This was not a misunderstanding. It was deception.
I never thought I’d have to question the integrity of a company like Verizon, but this experience has changed that. I feel taken advantage of, and I will be filing a...
