I went to this location this morning and I wish I did'nt, there was like 12 cars at drive thru line and I placed the order for pickup. by the time I got to window my 3 frappuccinos where halfaway watered down. I had called and asked to walk up to window since order had been placed online a lady by the name Jackie said she was the person in charge and to let them know my name when I get to the place where you place the order to make sure that did'nt happen, my drinks had probably been sitting there for at least 15 to 20 minutes so I paid almost $25 for watered down drinks after Jackie had said that would'nt happen.
I guess they don't care about customer service they only care about making money and that really upsets me will NEVER return to this location and if you value customer service and getting what you really want don't come to this place either......

I wish they would delete this location from the door dash delivery service because this location has a blatant disregard for the health of its customers. I’m not picky about my coffee but all I ask for is non dairy milk when I order it. I’ve ordered in person twice and this time was through delivery service through the Starbucks app and I wasn’t allowed to choose the location. Read moreVisited this location 2x. Second visit went thru drivethru. It was a little behind but that was ok. Cashier was friendly though I had to ask for our last drink. Area was nice, parking lot a bit small and congested. I, along with most turned right against one way. One way sign placed too high. It is too help keep drive thru entrance clear but that's not working. Inside was clean cashier was nice. Both visits our beverages were made properly and tasted great. Inside visit one restroom was out of order. Coded entry for customers only. Though after entering code several attempts it didn't open.
