i came in tonight for 2 mango dragonfruit with lemonade i asked for extra inclusions they charged $1 each extra once i got to the window and the employee gave me my drinks i was disappointed because they charged me extra and still dont include the “extra inclusions”. I understand if you arent charging me extra and im asking for more but im actually paying for my drinks. The employees honestly act like if they give extra it will come out their pocket. I just went to a starbucks near this one off on Crenshaw and 120th St and they did not charge me an extra dollar for extra dragonfruit!!I just want ya too see the difference between employees and both are night time shifts and they still gave us what we ordered for ! (:

The food is great. It’s always hot and never burned or uncooked. The staff always has great customer service. The problem is the drinks! I don’t know who taught these people how to make drinks but every time I come here my drink taste horrible and it never taste the same even though I always order the same drink from every Starbucks. But the Starbucks closer to the airport gets my drink right each and every time. My sister has said the same thing about this place. Now I have to waste money by throwing this drink away and going to another location because it tastes like they put 1 pump of chai and ice and water only in my drink. This is disgusting. It’s not a complicated drink at all.

I love love love the new matcha with lavender foam! I couldn’t find that drink in the Starbucks app or on the menu in the store but a young Hispanic barista knew exactly what I wanted when I described it and made it for me. IT WAS HEAVENLY! I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he deserves praise for being so nice and making that drink so well! Starbucks please make this matcha with lavender foam option PERMANENT.

I went to this location this morning and I wish I did'nt, there was like 12 cars at drive thru line and I placed the order for pickup. by the time I got to window my 3 frappuccinos where halfaway watered down. I had called and asked to walk up to window since order had been placed online a lady by the name Jackie said she was the person in charge and to let them know my name when I get to the place where you place the order to make sure that did'nt happen, my drinks had probably been sitting there for at least 15 to 20 minutes so I paid almost $25 for watered down drinks after Jackie had said that would'nt happen.

I guess they don't care about customer service they only care about making money and that really upsets me will NEVER return to this location and if you value customer service and getting what you really want don't come to this place either......

This is the third time that I’ve foolishly given this place a chance and I’m not one to write bad reviews but I’m lactose intolerant and 3 out of 3 times they’ve given me milk and it has messed with my digestive system. I wish they would delete this location from the door dash delivery service because this location has a blatant disregard for the health of its customers. I’m not picky about my coffee but all I ask for is non dairy milk when I order it. I’ve ordered in person twice and this time was through delivery service through the Starbucks app and I wasn’t allowed to choose the location. If you’re in the area go down to the Starbucks on imperial, they do a way better job and always give me what I order. Visited this location 2x. Second visit went thru drivethru. It was a little behind but that was ok. Cashier was friendly though I had to ask for our last drink. Area was nice, parking lot a bit small and congested. I, along with most turned right against one way. One way sign placed too high. It is too help keep drive thru entrance clear but that's not working. Inside was clean cashier was nice. Both visits our beverages were made properly and tasted great. Inside visit one restroom was out of order. Coded entry for customers only. Though after entering code several attempts it didn't open. I informed clerk expecting her to help but she never offered :( I never saw restroom. Patio was clean however guest was smoking and our party could smell it :( luckily...
