Maybe you should have more than three people working at a Mexican place on Cinco de Mayo?
Maybe, if you can't have more than three people working on Mexican Food Black Friday, you shouldn't keep taking orders (and charging up front) when you have a restaurant almost full with people sitting at tables without food? (my bad for not noticing this before I paid)
Maybe, if one of those customers comes up to the reception desk after waiting an hour, you should try to see what they need before going off and taking ten minutes to put out a fire with another set of customers and answering the phone? (I wanted to change my order from dine-in to takeout, it was getting late and I had a kid with me)
Maybe, like, really, just a suggestion, when you finally have time to deal with the line at the reception desk, you start with the customer that was at the front of the line and not the customer behind him that happened to sidle up to ask about his order that he'd also been waiting an hour...

When I called the store they refused to give me a refund because they were only worried about the money they would be losing because the food was already made and claimed that in their website it shows they have a food truck location and a restaurant location but when something pops up as being near you one wouldn’t think to have to scroll down to see that when the first thing that pops up on their website is...
Read moreCame here fully thinking it was the previous restaurant and that it was strange they had us order at the counter. Didn't realize until we sat down that it was a different restaurant. They use the same tables and decor that the previous restaurant had and the old name was still up in places so you can see my confusion. The former esta used plates and the food was more complex, everything was served in baskets with the new ownership and was what you'd expect from a food truck, which I believe is what they're main...
