It was either the manager or supervisor, she was not wearing a name tag so I could not tell. Insisted we had to come inside to get our drive thru mobile order. Once inside had to wait about 20 minutes for our order. The whole time she yelled and ranted about how bad the working conditions are and she "don't know how anybody works like this". She did all of this loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. At one point she told a waiting customer that the location had, "just cleaned house." She then accused us of lying and not actually having a mobile order, because she clearly doesn't know how Wendy's ordering system works. The poor cashier tried to tell her several times that we had an order and tried to show her, but the "leader" didn't want to listen to her. When she finally saw the order she never once apologized. There was also the poor guy trying to take drive thru orders and she kept yelling at him to stop and make everyone come inside.
Not once during any of this did she apologize to or even acknowledge the crowd that had been waiting for their orders. With one exception she offered free nuggets to one customer and that was it. It is worth noting that the customer who got the free nuggets was the only waiting customer of the same race as herself.
This woman not only shouldn't be in charge, but she should probably have been included in the house cleaning. Her toxicity to her fellow employees and customers along with her subtle racism will only hurt...

After a long work day, I decided to stop at the local Wendy's for a late lunch. I arrived there in my work vehicle which is a fully loaded Ford Transit. Following the policies and rules given to me by my employer, I backed my vehicle into a spot away from other vehicles and it takes two lanes. As I get out to put out my required safety cones, a gentleman gets out of a black Jeep and says to me, "You sure do take up a lot of parking spaces." I explained to this guy whom never introduces me as a store manager that it is required for me to do so by my job and that I wouldn't be long. He looked at me as if I disgusted him. I was shocked when I went inside and realized he was an employee there and asked the front cashier who he was. She wasn't sure, but found out for me. He is a store manager. I was so disgusted at the way this man treated me that I left. What he should have done was introduce himself as an employee to me and he should have seen that the size of my vehicle could potentially take up some extra space. He also should have just been glad to see a hungry customer and welcomed me in. The worse part was that there weren't even any vehicles parked on the side I parked on until he pulled up. This guy treated me as if I were a pest. I WILL NOT RETURN. MY WIFE AND KIDS WILL NOT RETURN. I WILL LET ALL OTHER AT&T TECHS KNOW THAT OUR VEHICLES...
Read moreLet me go on record to say that i tried to handle this in a more diplomatic way. I never write reviews but this is a special occasion. Order my food and when I get to the window, i remembered that i left out a cookie in my order. I ask the young girl to add it and she told me no. I said "are yall out"? She whispers and shakes her head "no". Her manager sees the interaction and asks her what she is saying no to. She dips her head around the wall so I couldnt see what was said. She finally rings up the cookie. I get my food, the new berry salad and a bacon and cheese potato. I ask how many dressings are in the bag, the girl reaches down to give me one as the manager, annoyed at this point, says its one in the bag. I wanted two so i look in the bag and there was NONE in there. I ask for another one and was told it would be 30 cents. Cool, no problem. I give them the money and drive off. Fast forward to me getting home. I open my potato...no bacon. Open my salad bag...no almonds. I contact the store and was told that the guy must have gotten confused with my order because i asked for no cheddar sauce! I paid over $11 just to be treated like a nuisance and not even get my food right!!! I called and the manager did offer to replace my food after coming up with excuse after excuse for the poor customer service, but i dont want free food. I want respect and that is NOT what this restaurant...
