I would like to preface that I do love this place and I will come back. But I need to bring up a glaring concern as someone who placed an online order. Why is it that I placed my order well ahead of time, was told to expect my food by 10:53, arrived just past pickup time (10:55), and I still had to wait an extra 25 minutes for my food? My pup finished her pup cup and I my drink long before I got my food. I do not blame the vibe dealer delivering the food out to customers (she looked stressed!), but I have to say I was disappointed in this experience. I know Sunday mornings are busy, this is why I placed an online order. Yet, I had to wait an extra 25 minutes after arriving for my food and my pup and I were subject to out-of-control kids and a loud environment, exactly what I took the precaution to prevent by placing an online order. Again, I love this place, but this experience was extremely disappointing and I wished I saved my $ today because it didn’t feel worth it today.
If you are going to have an online ordering system, the times should be closer in accuracy for people who are trying to avoid...
Read morethis is a super cool spot in irvine in the middle of an office park. it's basically a stationary coffee stand but you can imagine that it could have been a mobile trailer that they just decided to park there, plus a larger adjacent trailer where food is made.
the weather was perfect this morning after a weeklong intense heatwave, and i met my girlfriend here for some coffee and a breakfast sando.
prices are on the higher side, but the quality is there. they have some really cool coffee drinks that aren't your run of the mill stuff, and their whole vibe and branding is very irreverent and funny. the merch is really cool and i would come back to buy some of it.
drinks are great and even though i had a standard mocha with oat milk, it was head and shoulders above anything i have had at any larger chain coffee places like starbucks, coffee bean, etc. not cheap at $6.50 for what is probably a small one at starbucks, but man, it was good.
my girlfriend had the beauty and that was really tasty, as well.
i didn't have a chance to try the breaky sando, but my girlfriend seemed to love it.
i will be back. really...

I had the breaky sando - over easy eggs, smoked cheddar, tomato jam, spinach and bacon on ciabatta. While in transit or possibly while packing, the runny yolk popped a bit, so it was quite messy. But I put that sandwich in the toaster to crisp up and cook the egg a lil more. With that, it definitely hit the spot for savory goodness.
BF had the chi chi burrito - soft scrambled eggs, bacon, jack cheddar, avocado, crispy hashbrowns, black beans, charred scallions and calabrian chili aioli. The salsa verde and their fire hot sauce was served on the side, but it adds a bit more heat if you like that. I also added extra bacon to this so it was packed with delicious flavor.
For a sweet treat, I had to try the guava cheese. The guava jam on those Danishes were so flavorful and to die for. A wonderful energy boost for that...
