This place is an absolute disgrace. I’m DONE with Jam Jam Tea Lab and the pathetic, disrespectful staff who work here.

I walk in ON TIME to pick up a delivery, say the name, and they act like I don’t even exist. No eye contact. No “one moment.” Nothing. Just blank stares, then straight-up IGNORING ME while making drinks for every walk-in behind me. Some of these people came in 15 minutes after me and got served like royalty while I stood there being treated like garbage.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s intentional disrespect. These people think delivery drivers are beneath them. I’ve been hustling for years, and I’ve seen bad service — but THIS? This is next-level shameless and disgusting.

You don’t get to build your business off the backs of delivery drivers and then spit in our faces. You don’t get to take our time, our gas, and our effort, then act like we’re nothing.

If you can’t treat drivers with even basic human decency, take yourself off the app. You’re not a business — you’re a joke.

To other drivers: blacklist this spot immediately. To customers: your order is probably sitting there melting while the staff mess around and stall.

To the owner: fix your staff or shut it down. You’re lucky anyone’s even showing...

I am so glad that we got to try this place. The menu has a decent variety of drinks that are all super tasty. I highly recommend getting the Coconut Mango Pomelo! It is definitely one of their most popular ones and for good reason.

Coconut Mango Pomelo: 10/10 - subtle coconut flavor and sweet Passionfruit Smash: 8/10 - good but passionfruit seeds made it difficult to enjoy Tropical Smash: 7/10 - basically an orange green tea Boba (Topping): 9/10 - soft and chewy

It was our first time there so we had a couple of questions, but the worker was really nice and didn't mind answering them. They were also extremely accommodating by removing the fruit slices from our drinks and allowing us to substitute toppings. We also wanted them to remove the passionfruit seeds because they get in the way of the drink, but they said they couldn't which we were kind of bummed about.

The shop itself is rather spacious and has a good number of tables and chairs. It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking so finding a spot was easy.

Just had a really concerning experience at Jam Jam Tea lab. I ordered a mango slush with mango jelly for my child, and we kept finding these thin, hard strips of plastic in it - one piece was about 1-2 inches long! At first, I thought it was just mango fiber, but then we found a bigger piece. I was so upset I threw it away without thinking to take a picture, which I regret now. The thought of my kid potentially swallowing that is just awful. Definitely makes me question their quality control. Just a heads-up to other parents - be careful if you order from here. They promptly explained the plastic came from a jelly seal and have already implemented new, strict procedures to prevent recurrence, offering a full refund. I'm impressed by their commitment to improvement and believe they will uphold these new standards. However, given the unsettling experience, I have personally decided not to return as a customer.
