I have been going to Mr. Sandwich 3-4 times a month for the past 3 years. I work across the street and they're about 5 minutes walking distance, so that's pretty convenient. Lunch time rush can get busy, but the owners are sweet and the staff is quick. The longest I've ever had to wait was 5 minutes or so. If you're in a rush, I recommend placing your order over the phone.
Not much to say besides decent quality meat, not that stuff that Subway has - that putrid meat that smells like death when you open the vacuum sealed bag. I usually order the Roast Beef and Provolone on Rye - all the fix-ins, add mustard, and pickles on the side (I like to control my pickle V. meat ratio). You'll seriously fill up on more meat than anything else here, they pile it on nice.

Read moreMy wife and I decided to stop in here after passing it for over 15 years. We were completely elated that we did stop. We enjoyed some of the nicest people and best sandwiches we have had in... well possibly ever. Perfectly, made sandwiches in what you would have to call a "Mom and Pop" shop. No matter how you cut, this place has great selection, great attention to quality and detail. My only regret is that we didn't stop in sooner. Be sure and notice the hours though, if you want a great sandwich for dinner you have to get there before 5pm. We will for sure be going here...

Handed me the bag and it felt so light. $13.00 BLT and it probably had MAX 3-4 slices of bacon and they hardly put lettuce or tomatoes. I come here like once a year when I'm sick tired of the other food around the area during my lunch break and always remember why I never come back.
