Dizzy Bird is your friendly neighborhood rotisserie spot inspired by the famous flavorful chicken served historically in Lebanon - and let me tell you, they absolutely nailed it! Their chicken is spatchcocked, marinated for 24 hours in garlic, lemon, herbs, and their signature spice mix, then slow roasted on the rotisserie for the most incredible flavor.
Classic Bird Wraps- we got two of these and they were so good! The rotisserie chicken was perfectly seasoned and so juicy. The garlic sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the pickled cucumber added this perfect tangy crunch. Their special DB sauce was amazing - it really tied everything together and had such unique flavor. The wrap itself was soft and held everything perfectly without falling apart.
Dizzy Bird Bowl- this came with rice, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, tzatziki, pita chips, and rotisserie chicken breast. This was absolutely delicious! The chicken breast was so tender and flavorful - you could really taste that 24-hour marination process. The rice was perfectly cooked and all the fresh vegetables were crisp and vibrant. The tzatziki was creamy and fresh, and I loved how the pita chips added this perfect crunch to every bite.
Baked Sweet Potato- we got this as a side and it was the perfect complement to everything! The sweet potato was perfectly cooked - fluffy inside with slightly caramelized edges. It was such a great balance to all the savory flavors and added this natural sweetness that worked so well with the Lebanese spices.
The marination process really shows in every single bite - the chicken is packed with flavor and incredibly juicy and tender. Plus everything is halal which is amazing! The combination of traditional Lebanese flavors with that perfect rotisserie technique is just incredible.
This is seriously one of the best chicken spots I’ve tried lately! The quality and attention to detail really shows, and you can taste the authenticity in every dish. Dizzy Bird is definitely doing something special with their Lebanese-inspired rotisserie chicken!

Read moreWe stopped by on a Saturday afternoon around lunch time. We had seen a lot of people posting to social media about this spot and it looks amazing. The short version is, it is amazing. The food is on point and the service is actually really good especially for a fast casual kind of place. We got a couple of silly bird wraps and some lemon potatoes. Everything tasted great. The one thing that really blew me away was their sauce that they put on the wraps and give you a little container of to dip. It's smokey, creamy and definitely a bit spicy. If they were selling it by the bottle I would definitely buy some. There are really only two downsides to this restaurant. One is that the food does take a little while to come out. It's possible that was because we went when it was busy but I feel like it's probably always a little bit slow given how fresh everything is. The only other real downside is that it's located right near the playground at the Spectrum. This means that pretty much every mom and dad that wants a quick meal for their family while their kids are playing will come in here. This causes a giant line out the door often with strollers blocking the way. There are also kids running around all over the restaurant. I get that maybe the restaurant employees aren't comfortable telling the parents to get their kids under control but you can't even walk in the place without a child running in front of you. We also had problems exiting the restaurant because people were blocking the doorway with strollers and for whatever reason don't understand they have to move out of the way to let people exit. Whether they like it or not, the restaurant employees or management, really should address this issue if for no other...

The star of the show? Their spatchcocked chicken — marinated for 24 hours in a blend of garlic, lemon, herbs, and their signature spice mix. You can taste the love and patience that goes into every bite. It’s roasted on a slow-turning rotisserie until the skin is golden and crispy, while the meat stays ridiculously tender and flavorful. You honestly haven’t had rotisserie chicken like this before.
I went with the half chicken plate and added some sides — the garlic potatoes and lemon herb rice were the perfect complements. I also tried their house garlic sauce (aka toum) and WOW. Creamy, garlicky perfection. Highly recommend getting an extra one, you’ll be dipping everything in it.
What I loved:
Super juicy, perfectly seasoned chicken
Clean, inviting space with a modern, welcoming vibe
