Surprisingly good timepiece spot in the Irvine spectrum.

Parking is often abysmal especially on weekends but that's the spectrum in general.

The store offers layaway for any watch you may want if you don't have the exact funds to buy it outright at that moment- Where you can put $100 down and they'll take it off the display shelf and hold it for you in the back, In order to give you time to pay off the full purchase price of the watch.

Layaway length for any timepiece in store is around 2 months, So that gives a little cushion of time to get the difference paid for as you can manage.

Additionally for the layaway, If for whatever reason you cannot come up with the difference for the full purchase price of the piece you want, They will typically give you store credit towards another piece, And if there's nothing in store that intrigues you- They will order a specific piece for you.

The store is an AD (authorized dealer) for seiko so they're primarily focused on that carrier, with Seiko being a majority of the pieces they carry in store- However they also have options for tissot and Nixon of you're a 90's kid like me and maybe looking for more of a fashion watch.

The store associate I spoke to was really kind and accommodating, I think her name was "Chris?"

Anyway she's a Hispanic woman so if you are there, I recommend looking for her.

Abby is also usually there and she's knowledgeable as well.

All in all it was a good experience, I did end up putting $100 down on a seiko aplinist reference SPB210 and I'm currently trying to pay it off on layaway.

UPDATE Took a watch for repair Thanksgiving weekend and it's been 2 months and still not ready. I've gone 3 times since and it's still not ready. Every time I go they says 3 to 4 more days. Mind you I've already paid in full...I just want to get my watch back.....

RESPONSE TO REPLY: Please note that the length of time was no issue at first, I was ok with waiting. What was not ok, was that I was told to come back at XX date, I would come in and it was not ready and was told come at another date. I would go on said date, and still not ready, this went on for about 3 or 4 visits. It wasn't until my last visit that we were told that some of the stones on the watch had fallen off. I had brought in an original watch to be dipped in gold. They saw it and evaluated it and said it could be done easily. Fast forward to my last visit, I was told that some of the stones had fallen off due to the gold dipping and they were going to be replaced. They had ordered the stones and they replaced them at no cost because they fell off when they were dipping the watch in gold. When the watch was received the stones that were replaced were not set in the original setting and they have excess glue to them on all the ridges around them. At this point we were happy to get...

Chris completed this process in only 5-10 minutes while we waited. She too, was friendly, professional, and an expert technician who knows her craft.
