I had a disappointing experience at the store on. I waited nearly 20 minutes for just two drinks, and the staff seemed disorganized. The cashier had a visibly bad attitude, which made the experience worse. The female cashier had long manicured nails and was handling items without gloves. When I asked for a bag, she just handed it to me and expected me to pack it myself, and threw the straws in before I even finished packing. I felt like I was doing the staff's job. I usually enjoy Heytea and their drinks, but during a recent visit, I found a produce sticker still attached to a lemon slice inside my drink. It was a bit concerning from a quality control standpoint. I reached out to the team, and although it took a little while, they eventually responded and kindly offered me free drinks to make up for it.
