To start this is a really nice and clean store. it really does feel like a big superstore if you had never been to the location before. For the most part the employees there are friendly and helpful. But like at any business there are better employees than others. However, I think for me the biggest reason why I give this place a three star rating is because their selection is no where close to a Roger Dunn. I was waiting for months for them to get the new Cobra clubs in so I could try them, even though Cobra's own website said that the clubs were in stock. After months of waiting I finally gave up and went to Roger Dunn and bought my new set of Cobra irons because they had the irons. I was actually able actually try them before I shelled out the cash. I don't like the fact that every time I asked I got the same answer of, "we can order them for you." Yes, I understand that, but I could do the same thing off of Cobra's own website. I actually wanted to try them before I spent a $1000 on a new set irons. The other thing that annoys me is that many of the clubs they have are display models only so even if you wanted to try them you couldn't because they don't want for you to ruin their display. I would recommend that if you are in a place where you want to buy and really try everything out before you make your heavy investment go to Roger Dunn because they will have everything for you to hit and they are so much more relax about you trying out clubs. The testing center is quite impressive and they have store personnel who are knowledgeable of golf specs for players. Very high-tech and one of its kind.
Update: December 1, 2022 Brought my driver to the store for re-shafting and was told it would be ready for pick up after two days. Two days later, came back to pick it up but driver was not ready. I was told, despite trying everything they can, they were not able to remove the screw on the hosel because, for some reason, it's stuck. They didn't contact me to let me know of the issue. While there at the store, I asked if they can call for someone who would know how to resolve the problem, and they found an employee who was able to loosen the screw so they can put the shaft in. I was told to come back the next day to pick it up.
Came back today to pick driver up and it was ready. I tried hitting it in the store's practice facility and, after hitting it once, the hosel got loose!! I brought it back to the counter, a worker took a look and had it repaired once more. I asked what happened and he told me the guy who repaired it forgot to put the washer back.
I am disappointed with the kind of workmanship a store of this magnitude is dishing out to customers. They are carrying the name of the PGA and this is the kind of service that they offer, substandard and below par.

Read more11/6/2019 I ordered a pair of golf shoes for a tournament I was playing in and paid 25.00 for an overnight delivery. 2 days later 11/8/2019 I was leaving out of town and no shoes. I called 11/8/2019 and they refunded my shipping cost and said the shoes would be there. On Monday 11/11/2019 I called for an update and was told the shoes never were picked up by the delivery company and were in fact sitting on the counter still. He assured me that they would get them to my overnight at no additional charge and was grateful. Late last night after I knew the shoes weren't delivered again I emailed customer service with a very polite request to just cancel the order because there was something going on and or lost. Today is 11/13/2019 I received a very short and without any apologies an email stating "you will be credited for your charge" that's it and I called to see what was going on?? No explanation or anything. My family are all avid golfers including our 9 yr old JR PGA Player and offered no apology again or a "were still going to get theses shoes to you and here's a discount" or something. Im very disappointed being a business owner and I have had to compensate a few times for my customers for good faith but this is shocking for such a big name to not take care of this problem when clearly is is 100% NOT any fault...
