If I could give them zero stars I would!! Let’s start off by saying that this Baskin Robbin is close to home and is my neighborhood Baskin Robbin’s. I’ve always felt like I had to walk on eggshells at this location. The employees never seem to greet us when we walk in leaving us feeling unwelcome and they don’t always acknowledge your presence until you have to say “excuse me” to get someone’s attention!! Let’s talk about tonight and why I will never spend another one of my hard earned dollars at any Baskin Robbin’s and I may just have to look into suing them for what felt like a hostile environment and discrimination. So let me start by saying that today after working a 9 hour shift and being in my college class virtually for 3 hours I wanted to take my 2 children out for ice cream. Having the knowledge that tonight is family night and kid scoops are $1.99 each. So prior to the actual incident I allowed my two kids to walk in to pick out their flavors as I wrapped things up with my professor (I was parked right in front where I can literally see them from my car). I walked in as the Ms Monu (the lady that I had issues with) was just handing my oldest (my daughter) her ice cream cone and I proceeded to assist my son with his order (asking him what he wanted). After both ice cream cones were handed off, we walked over to check out. She checked me out and I instantly noticed that the total was close to $6 it was roughly $5.76. I asked the miss why was I being charged so much and the scoops are $1.99 a piece, she then says “you got the regular scoops which are $2.39 a piece”. I then follow up by saying that no that’s not what I wanted I want the kid scoops it’s family night and I want the family night prices for my kids, she then says well no Ma’am you asked for the regular scoops. I then say no I didn’t ask for the regular scoops why would I ask for the regular scoops when it’s kids night. She then says your daughter came in and ordered the regular scoops of ice cream and then I say well no I don’t want the regular scoops. There was another employee standing behind her (job well done to her) I asked the nice employee if there was a manager available or if she was the manager she tells me that there wasn’t a manger available and walked over to assist. The nice young lady asked what the issue was and I tell her that I’m being charged for regular scoops of ice cream on family night, (i didn’t even have ice cream for myself I must add)and if there is an issue to toss the cones and make them kid sizes as she’s assisting me the rude employee Muno proceeds to roll her eyes and tell the young lady that well her daughter asked for regular scoops. The nice young lady fixes the price. This is where the problem turns big!!! I asked for the manager’s information and Muno tells me to come back in the morning if I want to speak with a manger… we all know that, that is a big NO NO!! when asked for a manger’s information you give it!! She continues to say rudely that I come back the next day if I want to speak to the manager. The nice employee gives me a business card and says to me you can call tomorrow and ask for a manager. I then ask the rude employee what is her name, she refused to give me her name. So I said actually what is corporates number I want to speak to the person that is running this place she tell me if you want it ask the manager…. There was a guy standing not too far away from me and my children watching everything him and the rude employee starts talking in a different language, when she slams the ink pen out to release the tip to start writing her name down. The guy was very hostile and barging into the conversation telling me I need to leave and that she can refuse service. They both started shouting at me so I took my phone out and started recording from there.
This is unacceptable and I will be talking to a lawyer about this!! It was me and my two children in there and this 5’11 280 pound guy shouting at us. Telling me I should’ve been more responsible for my kids. I literally walked in 2 minutes...

I asked for names they told me they don’t have to give me their names and to call the manager Raddesh because he should know the schedule. I’m going to call corporate because we SPEND alot of money at this location and get treated very poorly like we’re discriminated against (another lady walked in (Indian/Middle Eastern and they greeted and started talking to her). Read moreOrdered a cake online a week ago. Went to the store an hour after it was supposed to be done, to find out that they don't have it. They couldn't find it. The 2 employees ignored us for about 10 minutes trying to figure out what to do. They called their manager and were on the phone for another 10 minutes barely looking at us. Then they offered to let remake it or get a premade cake (and see if they can adjust the price. As if that's not a given) We opted to wait while they made another cake. They never put gloves on (we watched the whole process. She put sprinkles in her bare hands and then patted them onto the cake) cupcakes that are on top of the cake fell over 10 minutes into our drive to the party. They told us to call tomorrow and speak to the manager to see if he could give us a coupon. Y'all messed up made us wait 45 minutes and thats all they could say.
