I decided to go here because my niece wanted to eat at this restaurant. I ordered two chicken bowls. The first one was correct, but the second one wasn't. I informed the cashier and she appeared to not want to fix my order. The lady preparing the bowls had a disturbing attitude when she asked me how did I initially have my bowl (even though she made it). I told her I asked for brown rice with chicken. I didn't want vegetables, guacamole and lettuce. She prepared my new bowl and handed it to me with aggression. The cashier asked me if I'd like chips instead of my change. Why would I want chips for my refund difference? She was better off giving it to me as a courtesy for their error and unprofessionalism. I told her I'd like the money I spent. My total for the steak bowl was $8.66 and the cashier provided $8 as my refund. I was annoyed by that as they kept my tax amount. The chicken bowl was $6.95. The new total tendered at $8 (even) based on what register displayed. I was so mad and the scene became embarrassing. I just accepted what I had and left. I would give 0đ if I could. They need to retrain the employees and work on their customer service.
Hours later, I decided to actually eat what I thought I ordered. It contained those spicy vegetables, lettuce and was white rice. I honestly believe the person making the bowls mixed mine with another customer. During the time she took my order she was also preparing orders from a receipt she retrieved from the cashier.

   Read moreIt's a blessing to be on this earth one more day that God allow me on this Earth on this brand new day for us all. I am used to the Chipotle in Carrollton. I stopped off it was later that afternoon. I really haven't been here that much just a couple of times but this last time it wasn't that good for me the food was horrible and also the service wasn't that great. And these days of time you cannot afford to lose customers but it is very important that you have customer service skills some people just not good at it I'm sorry. You lose customers you lose money that's the way it is that's life. But in these days of time you don't need to lose customers or money that's the way I feel. In a good way it is great to have customer like us to be able to share our experiences with others. They just need some more training I think lots of training is very important these days to keep the counter tops clean and sanitized sometimes people don't understand that. Sometime when you are working in a companies that's why it is teamwork together some people don't even want to do that but I'm just being real. Whichever way I'm going to tell to help others in the community good or bad that is very helpful to others that is going to visit or all ready visit the restaurant or other places. I hope that when you decided to go so the restaurant that your experience will be better than mine hopefully someone on here can understand where I am coming from and not get upset about it thank you so much for taking time out to read God...

My apologies to the front-line young lady taking the orders for addressing meat on my burrito, which was off the foil, and baking dragged down the line on the counter that isnât clean. I did not address my burrito being dragged on a dirty surface; as you could have seen, it was not on the foil. You got upset because I said there is meat on my burrito. Could you please remove it? You then picked it up without a word and dumped it in the trash - to the shock of me, the gentleman behind me, and the lady completing the order in the line. If you do not eat something or are allergic to something, is it okay to have it on your plate? I pray that God gives you the grace to treat everyone fairly, and it does not matter if the line is long; your service must be quality. I forgive you and leave this to God, for He we all answer to.
10/4/23 - cashier, the fountain machine is working, and so is the ice.
