I paid $50 for food that came to me only because the black GM brought out to us. Me and my daughters came in to have a bite to eat and the Mexican server seem to only want to wait on other Mexican people(we were the only black customers in the store) we sat down and was only greeted by the black manager. The place was not busy I watched this guy look at us in our face as he walked by us to take orders and serve multiple Mexican guest who came in after us. He knew he was wrong because he kept looking over to us as he went to fix drinks and put in orders for these people. The GM had to come take out order and fix our drinks. I then watched him walk pass our food that was done look up at us again and proceed to go over and push tables together for another Mexican family that walked in and start waiting on another Mexican family that came in. The black GM had to once again come over and bring our food. Which was cold by the time we received it I saw the steam come off the plates of the other guest food as they were waited on hand to foot. $50 to watch my children sit in the year of 2022 and see what being discriminated on as black people actual felt like. I didn’t want to complain about the food or service because I didn’t want to be further looked at as “ghetto” this is by far the most degrading experience I’ve ever had in any business establishment. The GM HERSELF LOOKED ASHAMED AT WHAT SHE WAS WITNESSING UNDER HER WATCH SHE APOLOGIZED AND I DIDN’T EVEN MENTION WHAT WAS GOING ON. How’s that for a dining experience at establishment that’s suppose to be a diverse family oriented restaurant. My child asked me if there was something wrong with black people and if we were suppose to eat in there I’m so ashamed and have 2nd hand embarrassment to this situation. You guys should hire people who love what they do and doesn’t see skin color as reason to treat a woman and children in such a manner as if we don’t exist or aren’t as important as their own kind. Read moreOn March 26th at 11:36am I received a burger den order from DoorDash. When I arrive the manager on duty says I'm 11min early and the order is not ready. So I patiently wait for 11:54am because that's what the app says the order would be ready by but it still wasn't ready so I keep waiting and finally by 12:11 the order was ready. In the meantime because I was also noticing her starting to work on my order, I contacted dasher support to see who was the one that needed to make the changes if the prep time needed more time and I was told that the merchant was the one who would need to make the changes if the times were not correct. So I politely told the manager what support had said and her quick response was that if I didn't want to take the order she could get someone else to take it. I told her that is not what I was meaning and I reexplained to her that if the times are not correct then she would need to make the changes and she said it was not her job to do that so I asked her who's job is it then and she said corporate. Then she said, "I don't work for DoorDash, and I never will". She was very rude from the get go but I remained polite. I just want someone to look into the orders prep times and fix it accordingly so we aren't waiting this long for orders and so we can just walk in say the name and get a thank you have a nice day. These orders should be bagged and ready for pick up before the drivers arrive. I did see quite a bit of orders on the table ready and she might be thinking she is getting a lot of them done early but I'm reality those orders are probably $0-$2 tip and many dashers know that this location never has orders ready when there is a great tip so we just try to avoid it but why make that name for a business that isn't even theirs just because they manage it. I wasn't going to write this review but I placed myself in the owners shoes and said I would prefer to know if my employees aren't doing their best or being polite to everyone walking in.
