If I could put zero stars or negative stars, I would this place was absolutely horrible would not recommend coming to this place. SCAMMERS WILL OVER CHARGE YOU! The food is tasteless. Had no flavor rubbery, pasta, hard chicken, and didn’t taste fresh. I took my daughter there with her friends for her birthday and i instructed the hostess in the beginning that we were celebrating birthdays to which we literally had to beg our server to bring out over and over and over, the wildest part is that we had to send a couple of plates back because the food was not good, and instead of them either redoing the food or taking food off the bill, they substituted it for other things that we did not ask for so instead of me Getting one entrée removed they just substituted it for something else and said they couldn’t comp the meals, because we had too many people at the table which was explained to me and they couldn’t just allow the three meals that got sent back to not have some kind of fee. When looking at the menu for endless soup and salad, you can order as much soup and salad as you like we were told by a manager that based on the amount of people that we had, which was the total of six people ( 4 kids 2 adults) that we had ordered two salads and we should’ve been charged for it but if we’re doing the endless soup and salad, why would be charged for an extra salad if we paying for endless so when we sent back the plates instead of us just having those plates removed from the bill they just tacked on other cheaper food items to make up for it so the bill went from 130 to 123 so at the end of the day we only got subtracted seven dollars for our bill Not for all the meals we sent back because they were not good and we’re not fresh. Please stay away from this place they are scammers and will scam you for your money. The food quality is a zero and the manager made no attempt to make it right. She just said that this is what they’re doing and to accept it I try not to fuss with her because it was my daughter‘s birthday and we had a company with her, so I do not want to embarrass my child. The server was unattended, and was frustrated with us asking questions, and may no attempt to make us feel welcomed or even courteous to us. He avoided us as much as possible. Read moreWhen I arrived, I went to the bar as I always do for a late lunch. Two of the table tops were occupied, the third was open but had a glass, papers from straws, and a bread basket. There were two ladies near the Togo stand watching. One of them was my server last time, she was great. I asked if I could sit there, and she cleaned it off for me.
A gentleman came over who turned out to be my server. He was okay for the most part. The tables to the left and right of me cleared out soon after I was greeted. They both remained dirty for the duration of my meal.
Another guest was later escorted into the bar by the host and when she picked a table top, the host says, "Oh, you want this table?" The guest said yes and he replied, "Well I'd have to clean it for you." The guest waited for him assuming he was going to clean it, as he walked away and came back. He then repeated himself about having to clean the table. Finally the lady relented and went to the bar top where she waited to be greeted.
While in earshot of myself and the previously mentioned guest, the host and another server have an exchange about them not "being hired as a busser so they won't be cleaning the table."
I have done both of those jobs and found it extremely unprofessional that they would have the conversation on the floor in front of patrons. Also, the tables had been dirty well over thirty minutes and are probably still dirty now that I have left. The pace of service was slow for the amount of traffic they have right now.
As I left the host and two other servers sat idlely near the entrance. I said goodbye to him specifically and he said nothing as I left. Read moreMy partner and I were seated in the dining area. About 5 mins or so later, there was another person seated behind us. We still hadn’t been greeted yet. There was an elderly couple adjacent to my partner and i who had already gotten food. The waitress came over to ask the couple if everything was ok. She then proceeded to walk right past our table to the guest who was seated behind and after us. She never acknowledged our presence, never said ANYTHING! Just acted like we weren’t there. We decided to grab our things and politely go somewhere to spend our hard earned money. As we were leaving out of the door, 2 employees were conversing in the lobby area. One of the employees (i wish i knew her name) stopped us and asked “Are you leaving already?!” We said yes-We were totally ignored but we aren’t the kind of people to make a fuss and cause commotion. We’re just gonna leave. She insisted that we speak to the manager on duty. After explaining what happened, Bovie (The manager) politely apologized about the lack of professionalism from his server and offered a gift card and even offered to serve us himself in a different area. Though we declined further service, he still offered the gift card to another restaurant. This is the second time we’ve experienced something like this at Olive Garden in TX. The reason i gave 5 stars is because Bovie was outstanding in offering his service, which we thought was a complete slap in the face to him.
