Subway — Restaurant in Irving

I recently visited this Subway location for dinner and ordered a 6" turkey breast sandwich. After finishing my meal and leaving, I immediately began to feel mild stomach pain and after returning to work, experienced some symptoms consistent with food poisoning. I will spare the details, but it might be beneficial to check the quality of the food on a regular basis to make sure that it is not tainted and safe to serve to customers.

As far as the atmosphere, there was no one else dining there at the time and only one employee working. It might be useful to the Subway franchise owner to make a better effort to promote the restaurant based on its location to drive business.

Overall, as a result of getting sick, I don't see myself ever dining here again. Would love some feedback from the franchisee or Subway corporate about this...

Rude staff and doesn't accept coupons. Was speaking in a moderate tone never raised my voice or anything nor did I show any signs of agression and worker tryed telling me I'm too loud which I think was simply because I didn't agree with her or the guy behind the counter not in uniform who doesn't work there apparently and they were kind of agressive themselves. I have been coming to this location for approximately two-to-four months now. I’ve ordered the same thing consistently; as a result, the staff knows what I will order before I order it. Hilariously, some will give me an “order something else look” 😂🤣. The staff is to be commended tremendously!!!!
