After the complaint below Zalat management reached out apologizing and asked us to give them a second chance. They promised to retrain their staff and refocus on quality and customer service. I AM HAPPY to say that they delivered. Today's pizza was up to Zalat's standards! On time, made to perfection, with the best ingredients. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you come back from the mistakes that matters. Thank you Zalat taking people's comments into account and making real changes. You promised to make changes, and you delivered.

We have been loyal Zalat customers since it opened in Las Colinas and have recommended it to all out friends. Sadly we have seen the quality and customer service decline drastically the past couple of times we have been. Our pizza was supposed to be ready at 6:45– they made us wait 30 minutes and when we received it the quality was really bad. The pizza was crooked, it wasn’t cooked right, didn’t have all the ingredients. The manager on staff was friendly but kept telling us a million excuses and then offered to remake it but said we had to wait another 20-30 minutes if we wanted it remade. Shout-out to Zalat Pizza for saving the day! I had been suffering from allergies all day and feeling completely drained. After aimlessly scrolling on IG Reels for two hours, I stumbled upon a mouthwatering pizza video that ignited an intense craving within me. I couldn't resist getting some pizza, but driving to a pizza place was out of the question. So, like any sensible person in my situation, I turned to Uber Eats. In hindsight, I wish I had ordered directly from Zalat Pizza, but that's a lesson for next time.

With only a few minutes left until their closing time at 2 AM, I quickly selected a few items from their menu, hoping they would accept my order. To my surprise and gratitude, they processed my request, and within 20 minutes, my food arrived. The pizza was absolutely delicious and hit the spot perfectly. I might regret devouring an entire pizza at 2:30 AM, but that's a problem future me will deal with.

3/5 - This pizza chain was fairly hyped up by friends in the area so I decided to give this location a try. I ordered the MeatZa and the Loaded Notato. The pizzas were ready right on time and the pickup window was very convenient.

The pizzas themselves were underwhelming, though. While the Loaded Notato was visually appealing, it was just okay. I'll say a 6 to 7 out of 10. The sauce was a nice touch. On the contrary was the MeatZa. It should be called the "SomeMeatZa" as it definitely didn't look anything like the photo on the internet (attached). It had a very minimal amount of meat on it, especially compared to the meat pizzas from all the normal pizza chains. Right down the street is iFratelli which puts around 3x to 5x the amount of meat on the pizza, at the same cost.

All in all the pizzas were not bad by any means, but they also weren't great, and they certainly don't live up to the hype or match their photos online. With all of the other great options in the DFW area, I likely won't...
