I am so glad I came here more than once because the first time I came was a disaster. They were pretty busy, so I think they called the manager out from the back to take orders. He was a middle age looking fellow wearing grey, and boy was he a pleasure. Maybe we just missed a big workplace incident or something, I don't know. I asked if they had Oat milk and he said no (as of today I learned they do have it). My partner asked for a sweet cream cold brew and the guy said "we don't have sweet cream". Fair enough, my partner asked if they just had cold brew he could have, and the guy just flat out said "no" and nothing else (we laughed a lot at this later because it was so blunt). Fair enough again, my partner asked for an iced Americano, to which the man made him a nice hot Americano. My sister was with us and when she tried to order several things she thought she'd like, she was told they couldn't make anything. She ended up just sharing some food with us. All in all, our whole group was set on our food 10/10 service 0/10 take. I will say though there was an employee with butterfly looking eyeshadow who gave us a bigger drink since the wait was long, which was very nice. (For context we went Saturday 24th of June)
But plot twist! We decided to go back today (Mon 26 June) because it was good and cheap, and the cashier was the nicest person I have ever talked to. She had these fun earrings on and was probably older than most of the young folks working. Reddish brown hair maybe? Either way, she was such a pleasure to chat with and was super quick about bringing us our food. Absolutely flopped my view on this place.

Walked in waited for five minutes while someone in front was ordering, someone else walks in behind us and another register opens just to take their order while we are waiting for the other person to finish. -1 â, then while taking the order, the person at register is telling us that size options are for one person and big portions for two. There's signs everywhere about unlimited pancakes, so lets order that, for $9, a salad small, a small carbonara chicken, a panini. Leave a tip for good measure. The coffee was underwhelming, 7-11 has a better late any time of the day. I get my pasta and it looks like a kids meal, the panini is also kids meal stuff, the salad looked okay, and the pancakes stacks looked like 3 but were actually 4 with a $2 something side of bacon. The pasta was served in a bowl and had chickpeas, so they all go to the bottom, at first its all pasta then everything else sinks to the bottom, including the chicken that tastes bad. It has a nasty strong chicken flavor, but it was white meat. Later on a find out that the pancakes are not unlimited, those costs $13 something. Jason's deli has some awesome pasta, the least they could do is be decent, domino's had better pasta. So we finished eating and there is no table service to i guess we just sit there with a dirty table full of oversized plates on the table.    Read moreAbsolutely the rudest store manger Iâve ever met, after complaining about a hair in my wifeâs soup, he didnât even apologize. Said he could replace the order but obviously at that point we did not want to eat anything from there. Refused to do a refund for that in particular item saying that he could only refund the whole order which if that is true you all need to upgrade your system because even McDonaldâs can refund a single item. Then he started acting like he was better than us because he worked there and not at McDonaldâs, then he went as far as saying he didnât care if he lost our business and to tell as many people as want because we wouldnât effect them because youâre a multi million dollar business. Wow! I have been in the food industry for 15 years, absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On top of that he claims to be the store manager so he is the example!!! After all of that he refunded the whole order and I was going to give him the difference but after that rude, profoundly horrible customer service I just took the money.
