Read moreWARNING, THEY STEAL! Before you go to this location, just know that the workers steal. I ordered 2 meals for myself and my daughter. I almost have memorized how much it costs. So when I was told the order was over $30 I knew something wasn't right. I decided to pay and just wait for my receipt in case they had raised prices. I tapped my card to pay, was handed my drinks, and then told to wait around the corner for my food. Now I knew something was off because why wasn't I given my receipt. I waited until somebody brought the food out. Again, no receipt. I asked the guy to please get me my receipt. He went back and got it. Just as I had expected, they charged me for something without ever asking me. As you can see on my receipt, there is a $2 charge for some fundraiser that I was never asked about. Whoever took my order just took it upon themselves to add it to my order and charge me for it. I parked my car and immediately jumped out and demanded a manager. The manager apologized and told me she needed to refund my entire order and then charge me again. Absolutely not! I told her your establishment literally just stole from me, the last thing I'm going to do is give you my card again. She went and found a set of keys, opened the register, and handed me my 2 dollars without my receipt. I asked her where it was and she said she needed to keep it to explain why the money was missing from the register. Not my problem. I told her I needed a picture of it and I took my receipt and left. Not only did they steal from me, they also didn't even include the extra cup of sweet and spicy sauce that I clearly paid for on my receipt. I will never go to this location again and I will definitely be reporting this to corporate. If yall have some kind of goal to meet, ASK! Don't just take people's money and assume they're not going to notice.

Read moreI Came To This Location Back On May 24th 2025. Bought A Regular Whataburger, Fries, & Drink. Service Was Super Slow & Customer Service Was Not Business Appropriate. Once I Finally Received My Order I Got Back On The Freeway Driving To My Destination. Once I Got There I Opened My Whataburger & Noticed Two Buns & Double Toppings. What I Did NOT Notice Was A Beef Patty. So I Had To Get Back On Freeway & Drive Back To This Whataburger #0296 In Irving TX & Explain What Happened. That's When It Got Worst, I Had To Ask To Speak To Someone About 4 Times About My Order Because The Employees Seem To Not Speak English Or Was Doing The USUAL "Me Speakey No English" Routine. When I Was Finally Able To Let Them Know The Burger Came With NO Meat, The Possible Manager An Afro Lady Began Laughing & Giggling Along With Other Whataburger Employees Behind The Work Line As They Looked At How The Burger Was Missing Beef But Was Double Toppings. I Had To Wait About 6 Minutes & Was Not Offered Anything For Inconvenience. Once Order Was Ready I Was Just Handed The Bag With No Apologies Or Thank You. Just Arm Extended With Serious Face From Employee. I Then Contacted Customer Service & Was Told Whataburger Was Going To Send Me Coupons In The Mail. I Waited Till Around June 16th 2025 & Once I Didn't Receive Any Coupons I Called Back & Was Told They Were Sending Again. I Then Got An Email From The Location Manager Confirming They Had NOT Sent Coupons. I Replied Twice To The Email & Never Heard Back. Whatever Mailing Address Your Given Is The Address Coupons Are To Be Sent. Its Been Over A Month & A Half With This Location Playing Games With Coupons They Offered To Send. So They Mess Up Customers Orders, Laugh, Not Courtesy & Then Refusing To Send Coupons To Which They Offered To Send.
