There were a few new menu items I was interested in trying out here - I got the chicken nuggets, loaded beef nachos, and nacho fries I've had the chicken nuggets before, and they're good again, but this place didn't do it as well as the other Taco Bell where I've had them. The outside wasn't really crispy at all, and way more on the soft side of things than having any kind of crunch at all. When you have tortilla chip breading, you'd expect at least something on the outside, but not here I am a big fan of the white meat on the inside though - it's not dry at all and tastes pretty good The loaded beef nachos were okay. the beef was fine, I do like their seasoning. Individual dollops of guacamole and sour cream are also present. There wasn't really much cheese or beans to speak of. It would've been better if the ingredients had been distributed over the chips more, but at only $3, this is actually a very good deal The last thing was the nacho fries. These unfortunately arrived cold, which was pretty disappointing, because I really did like the nacho seasoning on these fries. They had a taste to them that was a little bit spicy and peppery which was a pretty good fast food fry considering For the price, I think the loaded beef nachos were the best deal of the bunch. The chicken nuggets being double their price is a little much, even though it's still not terrible value. The nacho fries are a bit too expensive though Overall, this isn't one of the better Taco Bell's I've been to. 6/10

Great experience for a roadside stop. Super clean restrooms and dining area, staff are friendly, and food was ready quickly. We went inside and used the self order kiosks, and everything was ready within five minutes (we placed small individual orders). We came in around 4:30-5 and it was not busy. The drive-through was open, and there was some parking available. All food was in proper order and looked tidy (no sloppy sauces, or torn tortillas, or anything like that). Very happy with this experience, it’s one of our go-tos after a day hiking nearby.

Not the workers' fault, but they don't even have a person manning the register. I stood there for five minutes before a girl said they'll help me when they have a minute, which took another 5+ minutes and I was the only one in line. They're working the people so hard. And the overhead menu is weird. The normal menu items are at the far left not even in front of the counter and in small print. Hey Taco Bell franchise owner, you're better than that. The food was the bomb, tho. They gave nice portions. That gets them +1 star.

Like everything else on Gilman that isn't in the village or commons, this place is trash. Fast food does not need to equate to ghetto garbage.

This location is consistently incredibly slow, and I'm not sure I've ever received a meal here that wasn't missing an item or incorrect in some other way. I can't imagine the money this place loses on a daily basis on incorrectly made food. There is always trash on the floor, there's never any sauce or cup lids out, and the tables are never clean.

Won't be going back after today. We waited at the register for several minutes as the crew in the kitchen chatted while occasionally smirking and peering out at us (what was that about!?). When someone finally came to take our order, we ended up waiting another good 15 mins for them to make a few single individual items. This was after 1pm, and the place had just a few people inside. No one in front of us. Turns out, there was a long line in the drive through though. When we finally got our food, it had an item missing, which we had to wait again for.

While eating our food, we overheard them continuously messing up basically every order that came out. At one point, I heard someone loudly and deliberately hock up a loogie in the kitchen. Spitting in someone's food you had to remake, I...

I wish I could give this place a -5. My food was cold. It took 14 minutes 34 seconds to get cold food (I know cause I had taken a call while at the window). My power burrito, was a regular steak burrito (no guacamole, no tomatoes, standard lettuce, way to much sour cream and literally 5 pieces of over cooked leftover steak). The new honey chicken and waffle sandwich was also cold, the waffle bun was hard and the chicken patty was so old that the meat did not come apart and was yellow. I see why this Resturaunt has a 1 star review. The cashier was completely distracted asked for my order several times, even while at the window, didn’t listen and was away from the window most of the wait. The Mountain Dew was gross and watered down. EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE! I had to throw almost everything away! With the massive amount of homeless people in Seattle, I’m sure you can find someone that needs a job and will take...
